Location is perfect and convenient for early flights, the service is amazing but the rooms need some extra “love”. Bathroom has rust on the railing,room is a little dusty. Generally cleanliness needs some improvement.

坐國際航班住這裏，住了3天，非常感謝前台⭐️萬惠小姐姐，人美心善，看我一個女孩子拿國際航班的行李費勁，她還叫了另外一個小姐姐，幫我拿了四個大的行李箱，天呢，真的是五星級一般的服務。沒有expect這麼多，家人一般的細節。
蠻安靜的，沒有評價説的這麼不隔音，也沒有什麼飛機的聲音。住的C5樓商務間，很舒服。周圍也很安靜，麥當勞賣咖啡沃爾瑪都有，吃的比不上市區，但是也不荒。
比周圍的民宿好多了（之前圖新鮮，看圖片特別美定的，結果又貴又冷） 11月的上海還是要住連鎖酒店，因為浦東大郊區太冷了。

Probably the best stay during our entire China trip. Fantastic hotel with fantastic service. Airport pick up and drop off was a breeze. They have a shuttle bus going to and from Pudong airport every hour even during midnight. Also Disneyland drop off and pick up was very convenient. Daily room service, buffet style breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, can't really fault anything. If I'm being really picky, the room is on the smaller side so we felt a little cramped but hey everything else was fabulous. We especially appreciated two things,
1) No cigarette smell in the room or towels etc (this is extremely difficult to maintain in a hotel in China.. Hats off to this hotel team in achieving this)
2) Dry toilets and non leaking bathrooms (something rare in Chinese hotels even 4 star and up)
Overall highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

The room was really nice, it had a Mickey Mouse theme which made it a lot more aesthetically pleasing, especially for family with children. It was spacious and huge as well.
I will definitely recommend travelers to stay at this hotel. The staffs there were really helpful and friendly.
The location is pretty near Pudong International Airport and the hotel provides free shuttle bus to and pro from Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Disneyland.

It was a bit complicated to find at first as the main entrance door was closed so you have to enter through the main hotel as it covers both hotels. However I was not put into the smart hotel loft rooms but a double bed room. The room was great and had all the amenities one would need. The bus ride to the airport in the morning was quick as the hotel is located only 13 mins away and less traffic it can take about 10 mins. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel itself is perfect, if you want to stay only one night for an connection flight. It is far away from any Subway - BUT !!! - the staff is really helpful and if you do an announcement with them, they will send a bus or car to pick you up from closest subway station - in verry short time. At the subway station - you will not find any ”official TAxi”. The area itself is quite reliable to take some massage or nice food - close to the Hotel.
Unfortunatelly was my ”Breakfast” - without any coffee available an all other ”normal” european food things.
For the helpfull staff you should have some translation program on your smart phone - english talking is not really available.
The Airport shuttle is perfect - and also the subway shutlle is really nice and in time.

BBangdetutuLokasinya sangat mudah. Tidak jauh dari dua pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah dan boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Yuyuan Garden juga berdekatan. Ia tidak jauh dari Bund. Ia adalah perjalanan teksi yang cepat. Jika anda ingin berjalan kaki, ia harus mengambil lebih banyak daripada minit 20. Terdapat juga hotel Bas ulang-alik beroperasi pada waktu tetap dan di kawasan tetap, yang agak mudah.
Terdapat juga keburukan.Pertama sekali, pintunya tidak begitu ketara.Tiada laluan bebas halangan di pintu.Walaupun hanya ada dua tiga anak tangga, ia amat menyusahkan orang yang membawa beg pakaian dan menolak kereta sorong. Hanya ada chef atau orang pick-up di muka pintu. Apabila pemandu sudah ada, dia akan segera berlari membantu. Jika mereka tiada, dia perlu mencari jalan penyelesaian sendiri.
Kedua, biliknya sangat kecil, malah bilik besar yang dinaik taraf agak kecil dan kesan penebat bunyi adalah sederhana.

ZZhilaHotel yang sangat menjimatkan, meja depan penuh dengan wanita kacak dan kacak dalam talian, perkhidmatannya juga hebat, terdapat buaian di belakang rumah, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk sampai ke Lapangan Terbang Hongqiao dengan teksi, dan terdapat sebuah bandar kecil di Xiadu di sebelahnya. Anda boleh mengambil gambar semasa cuaca baik. Satu-satunya perkara ialah lukisan di dinding perlu ditukar. ***a Cina sebenarnya tidak begitu. Anak saya kata lukisan tu macam pelik sejurus masuk ke bilik... Tolong tutup juga cermin di dinding yang menjejaskan tidur. Satu-satunya titik potongan adalah di sini.

PPengguna TetamuIni sepatutnya menjadi hotel lapangan terbang terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Hanya di Terminal 2, hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia diselenggara dengan baik, perkhidmatannya teliti, dan kalis bunyinya bagus. Restoran Cina di hotel ini sangat terkejut. Bahan-bahan sarapan pagi sangat indah, yang lebih baik daripada banyak hotel lapangan terbang. Tingkap besar di ruang tamu bilik keluarga di mana anda boleh melihat lif kapal terbang, ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat.

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

PPengguna TetamuHotel Radissen akan sentiasa menjadi kenangan indah di hati saya Pada tahun 2003, saya menginap di Hotel Radissen apabila saya pergi ke Oslo untuk acara bersama rakan-rakan saya buat kali pertama pada tahun 2003. Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel stay was really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was well worth the price. The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!
