預訂便捷，早餐豐富，還有健身倉，有小機器人送東西，辦理入住很舒心服務員小弟弟很熱情，床上用品很乾凈，服務員見面還有問好，房間沒有異味，空調很舒服，電視很大很新，二樓還有自助洗衣服的地方，房間隔音也很不錯，晚上九點半以後還有粥喝，發票開着也很方便，離店時候還有小禮品不錯不錯，下次還會來他們家住。

暑假帶孩子外出遊玩，訂的虹莘路漕寶路口的維也納酒店，比較便利的是可以停車、停車位充足，晚上10點多到店的還能停，對電車非常友好，能充電，衞生總體還不錯，床品，桌子都比較乾淨，就是裝修風格稍顯老舊，閑談中前台説他們也有升級改造計劃，估計明年來就完全不一樣，位置不錯，周邊有錦江樂園，七寶老街，上海動物園，去外灘，南京路，打車40左右，總體還比較方便！

We stayed 2 nights at Mercure. We arrived near midnight due to our flight, but check in was fast. It was a relief as we were dead tired due to the long hours of traveling. Staff were efficient and courteous. The beds are super comfortable and we slept well. As for breakfast, there were adequate variety with good mix of western and Chinese cuisine. The location is excellent, no complaint at all. The hotel is near a nice community park, metro station, several shopping malls with food, cafe and retail outlets. Also nearby was the famous Linkong soho designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid. All within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We couldn't ask for a better location to stay. In summary, great location and nice comfortable bed.

住過華住會旗下花間堂，禧玥，德系城際還沒體驗過，於是趁着領到上海住宿消費券，訂了一晚感受下，進門大堂吧的裝修格局就很有德國酒館的調調； 前台雖然人多，但沒等多久，服務態度很好，笑容熱情，絲滑入住，並告知MINI吧免費，有一瓶德國黑啤，作為特色飲料。 進房間也是深柚木色為主，備品APPELLES，膚感不錯，味道也很好，整體簡潔大氣，床墊很舒服，唯一就是沒啥景緻，商務酒店也正常。放在啤酒旁邊的不銹鋼啤酒杯底座是內嵌式開瓶器，嗯，衹能説想法很好，但實操很不方便，卡不準，開個瓶蓋折騰挺久，反饋給酒店了，還是放個開瓶器更好，所有工作人員都會主動和你打招呼，送餐機器人也很方便。 早餐廳因為裝修要求原因隔成2個廳，互相不聯通，不是很方便，雖然安排了服務人員引導，但客人一多，照顧不過來，而且2人位較少，四人位和圓桌比較多 客人一多，就開始拼桌，我一個人去拿趟餐回來，要麼多了陌生的拼桌客人，招呼也不打就把我包挪開坐，要麼就直接四個人把我位子也佔了，好尷尬，以後還是多點2人位吧，畢竟出差或者出遊2人的比例挺高的。

I had a business trip to Shanghai, and I stayed in Citadine for two days. Upon check in the counter, there was a small lady whom I forgot to get her name, but she was very friendly and nice that she upgraded my room. She was very helpful! We stayed 12 nights at the hotel during our recent trip to Shanghai. We are very happy with the hotel location and will definitely return for our next trip. The staff is very friendly, from concierge to the room cleaning staff. They are courteous and always very helpful, especially Carl Yu who helped us with our luggage on our last day. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.
