Mike Apartment (Changshou Road Subway Station)

i extended my stay at this hotel again, unfortunately the service has become worse and worse. cleaning service is very inconsistent. each day when i leave, i remind them to clean the room and today is the second day that the room hasn’t been cleaned. when the room is cleaned, toiletries such as handwashing soap, shampoo and body wash are not replenished. even more basic things such as toilet paper are seldom replaced. extremely disappointed.

Nice, spacious and clean room. The kitchen is not that functional though. They don’t provide any cutlery or crockery just 2 glasses and nothing else. I also wish the room had a full length mirror but besides that it’s a very nice hotel. Note: You have to pay a deposit of 200RMB when checking in.

The room was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. It had a microwave, refrigerator, small kitchen area, and even a washer and dryer right in the room—a rare convenience that made a big difference! The staff were all very helpful, especially Miss Zeng, who went above and beyond to assist me. I had a delivery waiting in a locker with instructions only in Chinese, and she kindly helped me retrieve it. Her attentive and friendly service added a personal touch to my stay. P.S. I forgot to take photos of the room, but trust me, it's really a hidden gem! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Great location if you want to see more than just the touristy areas around the bund. Metro within 5min walking is amazing. Bar and shopping areas only 2-5 stations away or 10-20min by taxi. Staff is not good in English but very helpful with translator apps. Room is amazing, huge with lots of space to work from your hotel room. Matress is not too hard which is great and an exception in China. Kitchen is existent but no kitchen equipment, only suitable for take-away food. Will definitely return.

That’s a very affordable apartment hotel at a convenient location. Having a washer and drier in the room was very handy.

Place was clean, near to metro station. Many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel receptionist named Jiang Yuan (W) was super helpful! Thank you very much for the help! 😁🙌🏻
