Very old, dirty and cold hotel. But it serves its purpose as a cheap transit hotel. If you have late night arrival or early morning flight, this is for you

Just ok for a transit. The location is near the airport but seems to be unknown by the taxi driver. I'm not sure about free pick up as my flight arrives around 3.45 am so I took an airport cab. The front desk was not helpful and did not speak English. The room was clean but old, strong carpet dusty smell. A free airport transfer is a good one. Check the shuttle bus schedule and wait 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the lobby.

Terrible location, difficult to find the location of the bus as the instructions were incorrect, the beds were rock solid, hotel dirty, service terrible, had to use google translate but their wifi did not work in the room as you had to log in a mobile number and this was blocked to overseas numbers, the best part of this stay was getting the bus back to the airport.

It was a really old building painted new. The walls smelled like mold- and the doors creek. The WiFi doesn't work unless you have a Chinese simcard. Couldn't watch TV because the WiFi and the remote control weren't working. The shower head was rusty. They had only tea and no coffee, and no spoons. You'll have to pay for extra bottles of water . The nice thing about it was the pick up shuttle and drop off. The bed was comfortable but There are other places that can offer better service for a lower price.

The front desk did not help solve my problem. I was a foreigner and could not speak Chinese well. I paid through Alipay for the booking on ctrip, and they (hotel front desk) asked me to pay again on the front desk. They did not help me call Ctrip to solve this issue.
When I entered the room, the room was dirty; the bathroom lacked basic facilities such as a comb, brush, etc.
The washroom was not good for taking a bath.

For the few hours I had between transfers, this hotel was enough to suffice. Expectations should match the price. Outside the hotel there seemed to be quite a bit of road traffic noise (even at 2am when I arrived), but if you can handle that as white noise, it’s fine. Front desk staff were able to speak English and were helpful for planning to avoid rush hour traffic on my forward journey.

Very bad service. The room is old. Keep in mind this is an airport hotel. Provide pick up but we have to call the reception who cannot speak english and won’t even try to help. I call and they just keep saying taxi and hang up. I message the number using mandarin (google translate) and they still didn’t reply. I have been to other countries that cannot speak English but they are willing to help, provide better service. at least use translation or mention in the description you won’t provide service to anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin!
When i want to use shuttle from airport to hotel they told me the car already left. I book a taxi and before my taxi arrive there is an airport shuttle bus picking up 2 people!

We missed our late flight and were booked on an early flight the next day. Hotel near the airport, pick up service was ok. Room nothing special, just ok. They brought us to the airport after a poor breakfast. We were pretty satisfied with this emergency hotel.
