Walking distance to Yuyuan,near to shopping mall very convenient but a bit far to metro station by walking if you don't mind.

the hotel's location couldn't be better. Situated in ChengHuang Temple, The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.However, one major downside was the lack of network coverage inside the rooms. This proved to be quite inconvenient, especially for travelers who rely on staying connected for work or personal reasons. Despite attempts to reconnect, the signal remained weak or nonexistent throughout my stay.Despite this setback, if you can overlook the connectivity issue, they still offers a comfortable stay with its convenient location and excellent service.

Its not bad. But they dont actually provide toothbrush. You need to approach to the concierge.And at the last day, they didnt provide breakfast which we already paid.Quite far from train stations and bus stops.

Nice location, around 10 minutes from yu garden and 20 minutes to the bund. 10 min as well to the subway station. Room are big and comfortable, warm and clean. Service is also good, very careful. Good price.

we have two room and stay two nights. The hotel room is pretty clean, very convenient, better than what we expected. Will stay here for another two days after tonight because I need to go to Nanjing tonight.

The room is too small and no windows, you can hear what is happening in ur neighborhood room like i did the day before yesterday, no English for foreigners and there is no restaurant for the breakfast that they insist on, they give you your breakfast in a plastic bag can you believe that My advise to everyone don’t get in this hotel,that hotel have another branches most of them are good than this

酒店環境非常棒，房間裏面非常暖和舒適，還有淡淡的香氛味。隔音做的也很好，晚上能夠在這裏得到很好的休息。 酒店前台服務也非常周到，會盡可能滿足你的所有需求， 在這邊住的非常開心。 地理位置上離豫園和城隍廟非常近，步行幾分鐘就到了，晚上可以去豫園看看燈會吃吃小吃。 總的來説是個很不錯的酒店，推薦哦~

房間整潔度已經舒適度讓人感覺已經跟那些大酒店一樣沒有任何區別了，非常的乾淨舒服。酒店位置也特別好去哪斗方便，前台工作人員特別熱情，大堂還有咖啡喝，工作人員會詢問礦泉水夠不夠喝，有什麼需要幫忙跟協助的。總之一趟住下來非常的值，舒服！

公司就在隔壁，因為第二天早上很早有事，所以就選擇住在這裏比較方便一點。個人原因入住的比較晚，合適的房型一開始沒有給換的房間信號很差，後來找前台協商換了一間態度都很好。入住晚退房早前台一直有人，而且辦理入住非常快速順暢。好評
