We had a fantastic time here. We cycled over the weekend and thought it was a great location for the start of the ride and food on the evening. The hotel is peaceful with the sound of nature around it. The hotel manager was very helpful when our bike broke and we needed a ride into town. Fantastic customer service.

去了這麼多次崇明，這次的體驗是最棒的，就像在一個朋友家做客一樣，老闆非常熱心，很喜歡和老闆聊天，體驗到了家一樣的温暖。
因為想放煙花，所以這次決定住民宿。在小紅薯搜到了老闆家，看到大家説這裡有一衹金毛、貓咪和兔子，立馬決定就這家了。當時衹剩兩個房型，因為我們兩大一小，就預訂了一樓的雙床房。
下單後，老闆很快就添加了我的微信，進行了詳細的入前溝通。
DAY1入住：
因為女兒週六上午有課，我們吃完午飯後才從市區出發，開了一個半小時到民宿。辦理入住非常快，放下東西就和“蘋果”去玩了。我女兒很快就和“蘋果”成為了好朋友，一起尋找躲起來的貓咪真的是太愛了。
在老闆的指導下，我和女兒一起做了崇明糕，老闆説我是第一位做崇明糕的客人，開心。
我們自帶了很多大煙花，吃完晚飯，老闆帶我們去放了煙花。
DAY2：
我估計我女兒是想和“蘋果”玩，所以早上醒的特別早，醒來後老闆就把“蘋果”叫下樓了，被迫營業的“蘋果”。我和女兒牽着它在旁邊的小公園裡麪溜達了幾圈，早起的空氣真的很好。
吃完早飯，我們在院子裏打了一會兒羽毛球，和“蘋果”玩了一會兒就回家了。臨走前，老闆和“蘋果”還出來送我們，我女兒在車上哭着説下次再來。老闆説，我們走的時候，蘋果還從側門看了看我們，超感動。
還要補充一點，老闆自己做的咖啡非常棒！

帶着小朋友一家子出行，酒店在村裡，有一條水泥小道直接開到酒店門口。是個大院子，周邊安靜，酒店裡佈局也整齊。訂的耕讀和花語房，房間乾淨，一些佈置看得出還是花了些小心思，智能衞浴，床頭直接配了usb 插口。院子裏可以停七八輛車，店主很熱心，可以借用他的慢充充電樁，費用按實際用電收費，很便宜。早餐很對胃口，雜糧粥，崇明糕，雞蛋，聖女果，包子一大盤，管飽，吃了也暖身。去萬達開車二十分鐘。或者去農家菜在森林公園附近有一家網紅店“我要吃”也不錯，開車15分鐘。總之喜歡享受這裏的清凈，享受一下慢下來的生活。

位置有點偏，但是導航是可以導到的。如果不開車，附近100米內也有公交車，可以直達南門汽車站，很便利。房間很大，電視也很大，大景同學幫助聲控房間裏的空調電視窗簾等，懶人福音。前台小姐姐幫忙升級了家庭房，一家三口兩張床足夠用了。小姐姐還騎電驢子幫忙到鎮上買東西，人真好！贊一個！有免費的卡拉ok，和乒乓球枱。有秋千可以盪，有蹦床可以玩，你能想到的基本都有了。晚上枕着桂香，伴着蟲鳴入眠。沒有了城市的燈光污染，一切都很靜謐，祥和。早晨在隔壁的小羊咩咩聲中醒來，外面縈繞的是郊區特有的草木清香。吃點崇明糕等特有的農家早餐，長假就是這麼愜意隨性！逗留的時間比較短，忘記拍照了，自己的體驗就是最好的記憶相機。

Kemudahan hotel ini juga sangat lengkap, terdapat bilik dobi layan diri, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat sopan dan menyapa saya, seperti di luar negara. Lokasinya juga bagus. Ia hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari Taman Yuyuan dan berhampiran dengan Metro Laluan 10 dan Laluan 8. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan, dan ia menerima penarafan penuh lima bintang!

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.
Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.

Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus.
The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself.
On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them.
Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this.
At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen.
Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel
Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure.
I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T
I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm.
To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :)
Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol.
Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good.
Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

GGabitLocation is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception.
The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

Itu betul-betul bersebelahan. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai sebarang papan tanda dalam bahasa Inggeris yang menyatakan Ji hotel, tetapi koordinat yang diberikan sangat tepat. Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ.
Lokasi yang baik kerana meninggalkan hotel adalah The Bun. Dengan Jalan Nanjing, terdapat banyak makanan Jika anda ingin pergi ke 7-Eleven, hanya berjalan ke pintu stesen tempat kami keluar.
Secara keseluruhannya, saya rasa ia bagus.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

PPengguna TetamuIt was a really good experience. Starting from the location just in front of the bund in the north side where you can enjoy a perfect view without too many people. The view from the window was amazing and also the breakfast. All the staff was very kind and speak good English. I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Shanghai.
