晚上定的房間，本來是定商務大床房的，不小心定成商務雙床房，然後給前台説了下訂錯房型讓換一下，剛開始説的不能換，我説房間東西我沒動就進去看了一下發現定錯房間了，那個前台嘴裏在哪裡嘟囔着説煩死了。最後給換了房間，差額説的酒店有規定退不了。當時想着退不了就不退吧，也沒差多少錢，然後到房間之後床單被罩還有枕套上的衞生簡直差到了極點，枕套上還有那種碎頭髮渣子，我問是不是別的客人開的鐘點房退房床單被罩還有枕套沒有換，酒店的員工説他也不知道，然後前台給我換了一個房間，換了一個房間剛開始沒注意枕套，等洗漱好睡覺的時候發現枕套上還是有污垢，就感覺一個維也納的酒店又不是路邊的小旅館，衞生做到這樣真是差到了極致，最後一個是換了房間的枕套
