Penginapan Pullman di Shanghai

Had a great stay at Pullman Shanghai Central—this was actually my second time here, and I would highly recommend it. The location is a big plus, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options. It’s also conveniently near the train station, and the famous Tianzifang is within walking distance, which makes exploring really easy. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Overall, a reliable and convenient choice whenever I’m in Shanghai, and I would definitely return again.

I’m impressed by the service level of the front desk QiQi and Kenny, and concierge, David and Louis. They are very professional, attentive to my needs and always smiling. It’s my pleasure to stay here at Pullman Shanghai Xuhui and I have booked twice and came back to stay here for the rest of my trip. Hotel is very good. Very happy with Dominic (Santiago) who furnished all our requests and also gave us late check out. Hotel is clean and also room service is great. Check out with Isla Yang also was wonderful and service was really good too. We wished our next stay will not have construction noise next to the room

Location was excellent. Nice environment. Just beside roll of shops & restaurants. Especially thanks to hotel front office Mr. 小李 and Ms. Lily for helping us with the delivery couriers.
