很早之前住過一次青季，當時住在酒店對面小區，家裡燃氣漏氣就去住了酒店，第一次入住體驗是非常好的。這次從廣州回來，就想着住在熟悉的環境又定了一次，這次入住酒店已改造過，房型，樓道，裏面的設施都換了樣，酒店衞生還可以，主要問題就是洗澡，因為酒店花灑真的還不如家裡的水流大，時間衹能控制在10-15分鐘，就這一點就足以讓人勸退了，我住了三天洗了一次澡，在洗手枱洗的頭髮。酒店服務好的地方就是讓我提前入住了。酒店距離地鐵站和金橋國際非常近，旅行的話推薦金橋國際附近的漢庭，環境服務都非常好

I chose this place because the castle-like architecture of the hotel attracted me. After checking in, I felt even more that I had made the right choice. I am very grateful to the ladies at the counter, 秀秀 and 佳名, for their enthusiastic service and help，感恩。Thank you to the hotel for preparing a surprise for us, which added a romantic happiness to what we thought was an ordinary day. CitiGo Hotel is a very fantastic hotel in many aspects. The hotel room is clean, has a very modern interior design, and looks exactly like in the pictures. The most impressive thing I found during my long stay in this hotel is that all the hotel staff are super kind and willing to help regardless of my weak skill in the Chinese language. They all have strong service minds and are so generous. They tried so hard to help me with anything I asked. BBangdetutuLokasinya sangat mudah. Tidak jauh dari dua pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah dan boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Yuyuan Garden juga berdekatan. Ia tidak jauh dari Bund. Ia adalah perjalanan teksi yang cepat. Jika anda ingin berjalan kaki, ia harus mengambil lebih banyak daripada minit 20. Terdapat juga hotel Bas ulang-alik beroperasi pada waktu tetap dan di kawasan tetap, yang agak mudah.
Terdapat juga keburukan.Pertama sekali, pintunya tidak begitu ketara.Tiada laluan bebas halangan di pintu.Walaupun hanya ada dua tiga anak tangga, ia amat menyusahkan orang yang membawa beg pakaian dan menolak kereta sorong. Hanya ada chef atau orang pick-up di muka pintu. Apabila pemandu sudah ada, dia akan segera berlari membantu. Jika mereka tiada, dia perlu mencari jalan penyelesaian sendiri.
Kedua, biliknya sangat kecil, malah bilik besar yang dinaik taraf agak kecil dan kesan penebat bunyi adalah sederhana.
Secara keseluruhannya ok, berbaloi untuk wang

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

ZZhilaHotel yang sangat menjimatkan, meja depan penuh dengan wanita kacak dan kacak dalam talian, perkhidmatannya juga hebat, terdapat buaian di belakang rumah, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk sampai ke Lapangan Terbang Hongqiao dengan teksi, dan terdapat sebuah bandar kecil di Xiadu di sebelahnya. Anda boleh mengambil gambar semasa cuaca baik. Satu-satunya perkara ialah lukisan di dinding perlu ditukar. ***a Cina sebenarnya tidak begitu. Anak saya kata lukisan tu macam pelik sejurus masuk ke bilik... PPengguna TetamuIni sepatutnya menjadi hotel lapangan terbang terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Hanya di Terminal 2, hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia diselenggara dengan baik, perkhidmatannya teliti, dan kalis bunyinya bagus. Restoran Cina di hotel ini sangat terkejut. Bahan-bahan sarapan pagi sangat indah, yang lebih baik daripada banyak hotel lapangan terbang. Tingkap besar di ruang tamu bilik keluarga di mana anda boleh melihat lif kapal terbang, ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

PPengguna TetamuHotel Radissen akan sentiasa menjadi kenangan indah di hati saya Pada tahun 2003, saya menginap di Hotel Radissen apabila saya pergi ke Oslo untuk acara bersama rakan-rakan saya buat kali pertama pada tahun 2003. Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel stay was really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was well worth the price. The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!
