Hotel berhampiran Diqing National History and Culture Exhibition Hall, Shangri-La

My room in Feifan is going to be the highlight of the stay. It is large, spacious for family of 4. The second floor is definitely the cutest part. We really enjoy our stay here. The host also helped us with all travel related needs like ordering taxi, sending us chaffeur to tour the Napahai, bringing us luggage, as well as picking us up at the train station. One thing to add, I felt like a proper training for the reception would really elevate the overall ”luxury” experience. The breakfast needs more depth, maybe ******* meal will make this more special. Kudos to the manager for sending us back to the train station. Notes for foreigner, try to get locals to phone the hotel number to inform them about your booking so they can have your wechat for convinience.

住得很舒服的客棧；老闆會騎三輪車接送，還幫我們搬行李到樓上，每天還會送一些小水果，每次有需要下樓都會非常及時地來提供幫助；房間內佈置很有特色，設施齊全，加濕器、製氧機、取暖器一應俱全，晚上睡得很香；民宿的位置很好，一上樓就能看到轉經筒，當時着實是被驚艷到了！

Penginapan di bandar lama Shangri-La. Boleh berjalan kaki ke Kuil Da Fo dengan mudah. Kakitangan menjaga kami dengan baik dan melayani kami dengan baik. Ambil di stesen kereta api Restoran yang disyorkan dan marilah kita minum teh dan kopi Terdapat gula-gula yang lazat untuk dimakan. Penginapan adalah minimalis. Di dalam bilik itu terdapat penjana oksigen. Bilik lebih panas daripada di luar bangunan. Sarapan adalah satu set (bubur, telur rebus, ladu, dan lain-lain. Saya mengesyorkan anda cuba tinggal di sini.

The hotel location is located 5 minutes walk to the main crowded town. The place is quiet for a good sleep. Hotel staffs are very friendly , welcoming you with drinks and treats on your arrivals. They can arrange a 1 time free pick up or send off to airport or train station when you request. 阿方, the hotel staff has help me alot during my trips on transport arrangements to all the sightseeing. The room provide free oxygen supply if you have any altitudes sickness and also have free winter jackets and traditional custom to wear if you need. The room is cosy and all the facilities and toiletries are well provided. Hot showers and the room floor are also well heated when the weather is cold during winter and early spring. I was there on April and night time is cold. There is also free morning breakfast, all day coffee and tea provided. Most staffs can speak and understand English which is good for tourists who don't speak well Mandarin. Many thanks to all the friendly and approachable staffs, especially to 阿方 and the lady cleaner who found back my sunglasses and immediately return to me on the last day of my departure. Will stay again and recommend my friends if ever I come back again for holidays.. 😊

Cozy hotel in a muzium, amidst the beautiful ancient village. Close to restaurants and reachable by car. The 2 front desk staff were awesome, the boys helped us with our luggages and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with an oxygen concentrator machine on our first night, which thankfully we didn't need it after adjusting the heating as per the staff's advice. Will recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Traveled with elderly parent and the 3 of us were staying in the boutique family room tatami style. We were glad that the owner has assigned ground floor room so we do not need to climb any stairs. Room was spacious , cozy and comfortable with centrally controlled heater. Has hair dryer, clean rooms and most importantly comfy beds. There is a make shift curtain acting as a door to the bathroom with good ventilation fan. Place was quiet and not noisy even though we were very near the dance square in ancient town. We were welcomed with ginger tea and friendly host Danny has provided travel options and suggestion on what to do and where to go around Shangri la. We made friends with other stayers from Korea and Ganna as we bonded over drinks and snacks. They also ferried our luggage to the north gate after our checkout. Will definitely return to stay in here again when we return to Shangri la.

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me 

Excellent service from front office. She answered all my WeChat questions and helped me book a day tour as I couldn't speak chinese. When she is off duty, she informed her colleague to help me booked a taxi to the Railway station early in the morning. Although furnishing is a little old, nothing beats their warm hospitality. It's located 300m from North Gate of Dukezong Ancient Town and 100m from a lane to ancient town. Nearby have restaurants and convenience stores.

老闆娘是藏族人，直爽，大氣。客棧位置特別棒，出門三四米就到了古城最繁華的街道了，轉個角就是四方街了。出行非常方便。房間寬敞，乾淨，整潔，還有個榻榻米，可以坐在上面看夜景，超美。各種智能設備也都有。早餐還能吃到老闆娘親自做的地道的青稞餅，酥油茶，很好吃。因為停車的地方有點遠，都是老闆娘親自接送我們，走的那天，老闆娘的孩子還一起幫我們拿行李，特別可愛，特別能乾的小男孩。非常值得推薦的民宿

Ini adalah tempat saya. Saya tinggal di 4 katil (2 katil dua tingkat). Terdapat laci dan dan rak untuk menyimpan barang-barang anda di tempat tidur yang kukuh dan tidak kuat ketika anda bergerak. Ini adalah tilam khas Cina, namun saya merasa selesa. Ia juga mempunyai alas tilam yang dipanaskan dengan 3 tetapan. Pancurannya adalah bilik kecil yang semuanya berjubin dan bersih, dan terpisah dari bilik mandi lelaki. Tandas juga dipisahkan dan ini adalah tempat duduk tandas yang dipanaskan. Rulan, pemilik penginapan itu, sangat ramah dan mengatur tiket potongan ke Songzanlin Lamasery suatu hari dan taman Nasional Pudacou pada hari yang lain. Ketika saya menjadi cemas dengan bas, Rulan menyokong ketika saya menghantar pesanan kepadanya. Suatu malam dia menghidangkan teh yang sangat enak untuk saya dan keesokan harinya dia membawakan saya susu kedelai yang dipanaskan. Saya suka seperti itu ada taman kecil dan dek atas bumbung. Mesin basuh disediakan dengan harga 15CNY dan boleh digantung di geladak atas yang mempunyai pemandangan indah!
