Ulasan PARKGEUN HOTEL (Shenzhen Luohu port international trade store)

Would like to compliment and appreciate the great services and help from the friendly staff, especially 小萬, a very helpful young man who assisted us. Thank you =)

Staff were very accommodating and room is big and nice. Only downside was the curtain on our bathroom is not working so we had to turn off the lights just to use the bathroom for privacy because the walls are see-through.

It's quite a pleasant stay at this hotel commercial city shopping centre and dongmen pedestrian these famous locations are very near from this property.....overall a good deal with nice stay

The location is not too far from the Louhu border crossing with HK. But at a quieter side of the location. Room is ok. But the ventilation is all linked and the smoking smell is terrible when other room started smoking. For sensitive non smoker like me. Please take note. Thanks and good luck to all. One plus point: there's a free laundromat.

A very new and modern hotel with many amenities. Breakfast was also great with many fresh choices including a noodles bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the Shenzhen train station with many shops to eat and buy other things. I will give it a 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good location!

Generally a nice hotel but there was a strong smell of smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. Quite disappointed but other than that, the room provided us with what we needed.

Location is great, good service, a lots of foods and restaurants around, Looking forward to come back !!

It was a far walk from the station, but it was cheap and it had everything I needed for one night

Receptionist was very nice. Her name was XW  She help me use the gym and cards and explained everything for me and was very helpful. If I come back to China again I will definitely came back here. Yes I am in Saudia. Thank you so much.

There are many food courts around the hotel which you can get food from. The location of the hotel is good as it is easy to locate . Also there is metro and Shenzhen railway station close by so it’s so convenient for moving around the city . The air conditioner in the rooms work very well and it’s comfortable . Also there have an English manager who speaks English and she was really helpful

Its not just a bad hotel, with very small room, which have many problems. But also they sell my personal data and i have got a lot of spam calls. Do not recommend this hotel! Never again
