Stay was quite OK, clean and cute room, free self-service laundry with washers and dryers, small gym and basic chinese breakfast (but if you’re European and you don’t like Chinese cuisine - you’ll find smth to eat)

The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from fantastic location very near to the metro with lift access to impeccable cleanliness. The staff were incredibly helpful especially the front desk manager 颜培栋. He is an asset to the hotel with his top notch customer service. The shopping outlets are within 10mins walks. There are many food carts nearby the hotels. Hotel breakfast is buffet style and amazing food options. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Daimeisha beach.

I am pretty satified with this hotel - which is located 1 min from the beach and metro station. There is a big food court, the street with small cafe and pharmacies. Outlet village is in 10 min. Of course you should choose between downtown and the beach, because hotel is on the last subway station, and to go to the city center will take around 1 hour.

The hotel is at a superb location and the room is big. However, my complaints are about the cleanliness of the hotel.
When I first arrived to use the bathroom, the entire bathroom smelled like raw sewage. This means that the pipe/drain is directly hooked up to an open sewage somewhere and the smell is emanating from there. The smell faded a tiny bit after I put the room on cold AC for about 12 hours.
The carpets were not clean and had what appears to be dried-milk substances laced on them.
The sink had a cap that could not be opened. So I could not drain the water from my sink.
A final thing that irked me was that the hotel staff says nothing when someone cut in front me intentionally and told me to wait after I unintentionally cut someone in the line. Quite unprofessional.

This hotel is so convenient metro Dameisha exit D it's right in front. We stayed on the 2nd floor, (highest is 5) and I was a bit worry about the noise from the restaurants and downstairs, but to my surprise the window's soundproof was so good. The room was clean and confortable, but the bed was a bit too hard for me, if only they have had a swimming pool then it's all 5* from me.
