Dream Park Hotel (Nantou Ancient City Subway Station, Nanshan Science and Technology Park)

Overall, the space was moderately clean, though there were some dirty spots on the floor. There are two pairs of rubber slippers and two pairs of white disposable ones. The central AC unit works well. The second floor, where the bedroom is located, has a low ceiling. Be careful going up the stairs at night. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be softer. The bathroom door is very thin and has gaps at the sides. No tea bags are provided. There is a small fridge and a washing machine, but no wardrobe for clothes. The towels are fresh. The Wi-Fi provides good connection. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the theater, swimming pool, and a great bar, LA CABANA, the subway station is also there. Nearby, there is an ancient town and a park.

Very good location, room is clean enough and tidy enough, service is good as well, really not much complaints

It was a 2D1N stay with my friend. We planned to visit the Shenzhen-Futian Area on the first day, and the Shenzhen-Nanshan Area on the next day after checking out the hotel. The place I stayed was cheap and clean, walking distance of the Park. Highly recommend ordering a takeaway of the fire rice noodles nearby (properly just simply set on the street at night). Nice hotel just across the nantou, if you are having a hard time walking up the stairs, then you should not book this hotel

The building is not exactly the nearest to the train station, but there is a bus stop just outside. There are also plenty of food options within a stone's throw away. However, the cleanliness can be better improved in the rooms. The shower is quite ridiculous - on the first night I had to shower with cold water because apparently there was no more hot water in the tank??? Lol. They also don't help to pick up your Taobao items and they are delivered to the various locations around the area so if you have many pieces, you may have to go from one point to another to pick them up.

I love the hotel because it has two floors and it has a cute little kitchen and I love the bed because it looks like a queen size bed and I love the TV as well. I like the hotel name as well it is cool
