The description of room was misleading - it stated landmark views with a balcony. It made it misunderstood that the inn is right next to the Windows of the World and I could enjoy a view of the beautiful entrance of the attraction. In fact, it's not! It's only facing a car park or a shopping mall at a distance. Can't say it's a view not to mention ”landmark”! The room I was given in the first place had no balcony at all, I changed to another one later.
The door of the room was uneasy to open, I tried at least 3-4 times each time when leaving my room.
Very limited seats in breakfast room. Limited food in variety and even quantity.
Location is good, the Windows of the World is 2 mins away on foot and a metro station (exit I) is just a footstep away.

Around 100 meter from the Metro Exit.You need to call number so that the incharge can meet you at the lobby.No signage outside the building just ask people in uniform in the area they are happy to assist you.Mall is very close in front of the Window of the world. A lot of food choices.At night a lot of street local food too to experience local food.Behind the building 1 restaurant is selling fresh coconut yumyum and fresh oyster.At night behind the building you can enjoy street BBQ.We had Splendid China ticket just 1 stop by Metro OCT station.This Metro line is direct line to LoWu going back Hongkong.We had 2 king bed at the 32nd floor overlooking Window of the World.The incharge is approachable too. I forgot to take picture inside the flat.It has kitchen,washingmachine,wifi,fridge. Downstair have a 24hour convenient store.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

The hostel is located in a very new and central area of Shenzhen. The OCT area has many artsy stores and alternative restaurants. The hostel itself has great service, the space was good, it was clean enough and they had an adorable dog. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shenzhen.

我的工作性質需要長時間出差，因此酒店對我來説有一些很特殊的意義。居住過各種城市大大小小的酒店，遇見了很多人，但在深圳安伴環保酒店的經歷是最難忘的。首先酒店的地理位置很優越，幾乎每週我都需要來回酒店和機場，所以交通便利對我來説很重要。當天晚上到達酒店辦理入住，當我拖着一身疲憊進入酒店，前台Lynn給我遞上一杯熱茶，主動詢問我的房間需求，幫我安排了全景落地窗的房間，特別的安靜，問詢我是否需要洗衣，酒店有免費的洗衣服務。第二天早上打開房門，就在門口收到自己烘乾且熨燙好的衣服。房間衞生很好，床品很舒服，一整晚都睡得很安心很踏實。大堂環境很棒，明亮寬敞。有一點可提的是富有特色的暖心夜宵服務，晚上九點半可以免費享用餐廳堂食夜宵簡直太讓人驚喜了。由於我早上有打包一杯咖啡的習慣，入住時告知了前台，第二天早上就看到餐廳的阿姨幫我準備好了。這些細節，讓我感受到一家酒店的温暖與專業。

入住的是無窗的大床房，房間比較乾淨整潔，唯一的缺點就是無窗，詢問了前台，是因為這裡是後面來開酒店的原因，所以有些房型是無窗的，但好在房間還是不錯的，馬桶有加熱功能，坐起來舒服，客房和前台的服務都挺到位的，樓下有吃東西和超市，對面還有棋牌室和健身房，位置很可以，還是比較推薦的~

環境：在**上就被這家明星酒店吸引了，看了位置就在科技園裡麪，離萬象城，海岸城都比較近，果斷訂了這裏了，果然沒有讓我失望，跟家人都超級滿意！周邊環境也很好，晚上很安靜，周圍都是大廠，房間裝修跟圖片完全一致，loft房型空間感比較強，雖然沒有窗户，但是有單獨的客廳，衞生間乾濕分離，卧室乾淨寬敞，一點也不會覺得壓抑，房間設施都很完善，很多細節做的很好，牙膏沐浴露等快用完了聯繫前台，馬上就拿了幾支作為備用送到房間，很貼心！前台小姐姐也很奈斯，提前加了微信有需求都可以及時滿足。
非常棒的一次體驗，下次一定還會選擇這家！

CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

[Gula-gula] Penampilan Lantai: Saya benar-benar kecewa. Tirainya sangat kecil, dan terdapat perancah di sisi tapak pembinaan, yang menjadikan tirai lebih sukar dicari.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
