Hotel berhampiran Xiangqing Century City Plaza, Shenzhen

房間好乾淨，冷氣夠凍，座廁係日式可以自動洗patpat嘅座廁！大堂服務員都好幫忙，真係酒店就唔係賓館；自助早餐有煎蛋，不過美中不足就係冇咖啡機，想飲咖啡就要返房自己返房嗰度沖；房間禁煙，大堂禁煙，但係等𨋢嘅地方係可以抽煙，奇怪 整體嚟講真係OK 㗎， 5分我比4.5啦因為計埋價錢又唔貴，值得推薦 

Lokasinya sangat bagus, bertentangan dengan Window of the World, di sebelah Yitian Holiday Shopping Plaza, sangat senang untuk makan, minum dan bermain. Kedainya sangat bersemangat, menjawab semua soalan, biliknya bersih dan kemas, dan ini adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan.

Very close to Window of the World Metro Exit C. Around 100 meter from the Metro Exit.You need to call number so that the incharge can meet you at the lobby.No signage outside the building just ask people in uniform in the area they are happy to assist you.Mall is very close in front of the Window of the world. A lot of food choices.At night a lot of street local food too to experience local food.Behind the building 1 restaurant is selling fresh coconut yumyum and fresh oyster.At night behind the building you can enjoy street BBQ.We had Splendid China ticket just 1 stop by Metro OCT station.This Metro line is direct line to LoWu going back Hongkong.We had 2 king bed at the 32nd floor overlooking Window of the World.The incharge is approachable too. I forgot to take picture inside the flat.It has kitchen,washingmachine,wifi,fridge. Downstair have a 24hour convenient store.

The description of room was misleading - it stated landmark views with a balcony. It made it misunderstood that the inn is right next to the Windows of the World and I could enjoy a view of the beautiful entrance of the attraction. In fact, it's not! It's only facing a car park or a shopping mall at a distance. Can't say it's a view not to mention ”landmark”! The room I was given in the first place had no balcony at all, I changed to another one later. The door of the room was uneasy to open, I tried at least 3-4 times each time when leaving my room. Very limited seats in breakfast room. Limited food in variety and even quantity. Location is good, the Windows of the World is 2 mins away on foot and a metro station (exit I) is just a footstep away.

Hotel check in process was quick and accurate. Lack of hotel introductions. Need to ask about the hotel info instead of being intro. But it alright. Housekeeping was very well prepared and many amenities were able to accommodate. Which was great. Even at 2am. I asked for mosquito repeller they were quick delivers. Most problem was in F&B department. So at 12 pm. I went to the bakery shop to ask for the cakes order. Ask can they send to room. They rejected. So I said ok. I will come pick up at night. I may purchase now or need pre- order ? They informed me. Preorder is not necessary and I may return at night to purchase. They close at 9pm. So I return to the bakery shop. Unfortunately cake was needed to preorder before 2pm on the day. So I wasn’t able to enjoy it. Only macaroons were available … was very disappointed since the options were not much left. The hostess also dropped and broken the macaroons I picked. Sure not on purpose. But cost me were able to enjoy the flavour I wished for. If I could have preordered this wouldn’t had happened. So after enquiring about the cakes. I headed for lunch there. Good quality had surprised me. Very nice deal in fact. $329 HKD (RMB ¥298) for two person , unfortunately the service was not on point, waiter weren’t able to serve food correctly. Also tends to not attend to tables. Dishes were not changed in every course. They fire course all at once. Didn’t clear the plates away even it was finished. We had to repeatedly asked they or clear themselves out at night as well. Dinner also had the same situation . Overall. I just think the F&B department need more training. The hotel itself is really great. Good location. Room is clean. Housekeeping courtesy’s is even better the restaurants. Ambient was really on point. Let hope not the F&B department to cause this nice hotel to close since it just opened.

我的工作性質需要長時間出差，因此酒店對我來説有一些很特殊的意義。居住過各種城市大大小小的酒店，遇見了很多人，但在深圳安伴環保酒店的經歷是最難忘的。首先酒店的地理位置很優越，幾乎每週我都需要來回酒店和機場，所以交通便利對我來説很重要。當天晚上到達酒店辦理入住，當我拖着一身疲憊進入酒店，前台Lynn給我遞上一杯熱茶，主動詢問我的房間需求，幫我安排了全景落地窗的房間，特別的安靜，問詢我是否需要洗衣，酒店有免費的洗衣服務。第二天早上打開房門，就在門口收到自己烘乾且熨燙好的衣服。房間衞生很好，床品很舒服，一整晚都睡得很安心很踏實。大堂環境很棒，明亮寬敞。有一點可提的是富有特色的暖心夜宵服務，晚上九點半可以免費享用餐廳堂食夜宵簡直太讓人驚喜了。由於我早上有打包一杯咖啡的習慣，入住時告知了前台，第二天早上就看到餐廳的阿姨幫我準備好了。這些細節，讓我感受到一家酒店的温暖與專業。

Sebaik sahaja Keluar C dari Stesen Bandar Cina Luar Negara dari Laluan 1 keluar, pintu masuk hotel betul-betul. 🧹Higienis: bersih dan rapi, walaupun di kawasan awam seperti kolam renang, pantai, dan restoran, para pelayan sangat aktif membersihkannya, ditambah dengan apa yang orang Shenzhen tahu: jika sampah tidak jatuh, Shenzhen lebih cantik. 🍃 Persekitaran: Bilik ini adalah bilik tidur seluas 55 meter persegi, dengan ruang yang kuat dan tab mandi besar, yang sangat sesuai untuk membawa anak-anak ke sini. Saya telah merendam dua kali. Buka balkoni, sepotong kayu yang rimbun, bar oksigen semula jadi memiliki penglihatan, duduk di sofa di balkoni untuk melihat tanaman hijau, segar dan gembira. . Kolam renang pantai: menginap di hotel di kota juga dapat merasakan perjalanan ke pantai. Melihat Shenzhen, ini adalah satu-satunya. 環境：在**上就被這家明星酒店吸引了，看了位置就在科技園裡麪，離萬象城，海岸城都比較近，果斷訂了這裏了，果然沒有讓我失望，跟家人都超級滿意！周邊環境也很好，晚上很安靜，周圍都是大廠，房間裝修跟圖片完全一致，loft房型空間感比較強，雖然沒有窗户，但是有單獨的客廳，衞生間乾濕分離，卧室乾淨寬敞，一點也不會覺得壓抑，房間設施都很完善，很多細節做的很好，牙膏沐浴露等快用完了聯繫前台，馬上就拿了幾支作為備用送到房間，很貼心！前台小姐姐也很奈斯，提前加了微信有需求都可以及時滿足。 非常棒的一次體驗，下次一定還會選擇這家！

The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

The stay was really lovely. No problems whatsoever. What we found a bit annoying was the light switch system, because it was not centralized. We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. The isolation has room for improvement, slight noise from the outside slipped in to our room, but not loud enough to disturb us.
