It's in good location just 10 mints from railway station. Hotel looks good, rooms are big and even the wash room. Bed is very old and walls of the rooms looked old. Service is very fast. It's basically a old 3 star hotel which can be related 2 Star now. There is a vegetarian restaurant where the quality of good is also good. Overall an Average budget Hotel

To begin with make my trip didn't make reservation with the hotel for my stay. They observed no money was sent. They can not contact you. They made us wait in the lounge for 30minutes. They told we will allot the room but pay advance rent. We paid the rent and took the room. I demand re fund of the amount collected by you.

Location is good, food service and amenities are also good. Overall stay is satisfied and also inform to my friends to stay in this hotel during shimoga trip.

The hotel is located centrally and has adequate parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available. Staff was courteous and unobtrusive. Restaurant served good food. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Location is good with ample parking space. Room was neat and clean, front office is cooperative. In house restaurant serves delicious south indian breakfast

Execllent stay. Center of the shivamogga town. Food was great. The room were clean and spacious. Their non veg and bar menu was awesome. Will be returning in next month.

Room rent is very cheap compared to the facilities they provide. But food and bar section is very very costly compared to room rent. Centrally located and i like it very much.
