The hotel manager is really nice and her colleague sent me to airport safely. There was one mistake only on the Gym water filling thing, the manager sent me a free big bottle of water. I really felt the German hospitality.

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin for a little over a week and everything from the moment I stepped inside to the moment I left was flawless. Was treated to a beautiful welcome amenity and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and just went above and beyond when they didn't have to. The property's location couldn't have been better as it was close to everything (museums, Michelin star restaurants, top attractions, etc.) - I think I took a taxi maybe three times during the entire trip. The guest rooms are beautiful and totally silent as I never heard guests from another room, voices in the hallway, elevators, etc. Highly recommend reserving a room with Club Lounge access as the food and drinks were excellent, however the best part was the staff (Cem, Sara and Mandeep in particular) who were incredibly kind, helpful and always giving their personal suggestions on where to go and what to see. Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin made the difference in having a good and an amazing trip to Berlin. First class hospitality and trip I will never forget!

Really nice hotel, I arrived on Friday afternoon and was very kindly welcomed by the reception staff for a quick check-in. My room unfortunately had a problem with the air conditioning and the staff was super helpful and kind changing my room in not even 5 minutes on the clock, really kudos for the service. The room was beautiful, equipped with all comforts, I slept well, comfortable bed. The breakfast on the first floor is really good, I speak for the sweet part because that's what I prefer, the staff is super nice. The waffles are really good. The train station arriving from the airport is in front of the hotel, as are the U3 and U1 subways. In conclusion it was a really good experience.

在柏林參加會議，住在阿德隆凱賓斯基酒店，毗鄰勃蘭登堡門，近國會大廈，離勝利柱也不算太遠。酒店裝飾精美，房間不算太大，比較緊湊，但是設施完好，床品優良，休息得非常好。早餐條件很不錯，菜品齊全，水果豐富，環境優雅。

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff. Everything was so nice and easy from first contact until check out. Had a lovely stay with our kids, who always felt welcomed, for a special family occasion. Would love to come back again. Indoor pool a great plus - heated & super clean.

You'd stay here only if you have business at the Freie University, for which it is convenient and basically the only option. Take the U Dahlem-Dorf (U3,U1) lines into town (30 minutes to everywhere). So, adequate, with rooms that are basically dorm rooms with en-suite toilet,sink,shower. Breakfast extensive and good. In-house restaurant (limited dining options off-campus) and lounge.

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

We were surprised that the breakfast we have booked were not properly recorded in their computer system where the restaurant's (BLEND) staff did not know about it for the 1st & 2nd day of our stay. Other than that little incident, everthing else were good.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour with two kids. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to The Brandenburg. The rooms were cosy and clean. Just that you better check the bottles in the bathroom as the show gel one was empty in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Westin!
