GGeorge96Hotel Indigo Glasgow is a fantastic, centrally located hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk from Glasgow central station, Hotel Indigo has clean, modern and well equipped rooms featuring; tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar and iron with ironing board. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was easily adjusted with the in-room thermostat. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

JJJ2025Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

Mmytearsricochetoverall a good hotel and staff are friendly but be prepared to do everything by yourself as they do not offer any service whatsoever. we had to make the sofa bed by ourselves & we called the front desk to get some toilet paper but they told us that we had to go down to request for it instead. located right by the city centre and its super walkable, the room is huge as well! will definitely stay here again if i ever go back to glasgow :)

PPengguna TetamuVery close to main distractions (OVO hydro stadium, Maritime museum etc.) easy access, staffs at reception were friendly. I booked the wrong date through trip.com and staff advised me that I was not the only one, luckily there were rooms available on that day so managed to get that changed free-of-charge, thanks to Trip.com for your prompt support. If we ever go back to Glasgow, we will stay there again!

SSapphirexIbis Styles Glasgow Central is a good location to stay should you intend to layover in Glasgow. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Glasgow Central Station and within 15 minutes from fast food eateries and shopping places. Rooms are clean and basic amenities are provided for. Breakfast is good and incorporates a mix of international and English cuisines. HOWEVER, I have had a bad experience regarding a certain payment. I booked this hotel via Trip.com and have prepaid for my stay. When I checked in on 17/7, I was told by the receptionist of that day that my card details were needed. I was assured that there would be no deduction performed and that the details were only required should there be incurred damages in my room during the stay. Yet, on the same day evening, I received a notification that 143 pounds had been deducted. I questioned the receptionist of that day and was reassured, and I quote: ”There was this transaction made to confirm that your card is not a dunce and is payable.” The next day, before checking out, I reconfirmed with the receptionist of that day (18/7) if the money would be refunded to me. After checking on their end, they said that the money will be refunded. This morning (19/7), I have just received another notification that the status of the 143-pounds transaction has changed from pending to approved. I am disappointed and upset regarding this, and I would like to urge future travellers to be wary of this incident.

The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and the stunning views surrounding the area. Atmosphere: The pool area was beautifully designed, with lush greenery and comfortable lounge chairs that invited relaxation. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Water Temperature: One of the standout features of this pool was the warm water. It was just the right temperature, providing a soothing and refreshing experience. I found myself spending hours floating and enjoying the gentle warmth, which was especially delightful in the cooler evening hours. Facilities: The amenities were top-notch, with clean restrooms and showers nearby. The poolside bar offered a variety of refreshing drinks and light snacks, which made it easy to stay hydrated and satisfied while lounging by the water. Overall Experience: I couldn’t have asked for a better way to relax and enjoy my time. Whether you’re looking to swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the view, this pool has something for everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to return! Tip: Don’t forget to bring a good book or some music to enhance your relaxation by the pool!

PPengguna TetamuGood location, clean and comfortable. I accidentally booked a twin with no window and immediately noticed once I had paid. I immediately phoned and a really lovely man on the phone switched us to a double room ( same price online ) , he offered a free upgrade to double with window. Upon checking in we were told we had been downgraded to a double with no window. A heater was offered as rooms were cold. Windowless room wasn't too bad, just a little cramped. But for the price and location we still thought it was great value for money.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was clean but the decor very basic and outdated. Really small TV. Reception staff really nice and friendly. In regards to location it’s 15 min walk from central station but could be a trek walking back as uphill. Slept well but couldn’t control the heating so room was too warm. Windows can’t be opened too in our room. The biggest disappointment was no evening meal so don’t count on it. Haven’t check the breakfast as when asked at reception I have been told to check breakfast in the morning first and then come and pay if I like what I see so decided not to try it as had to leave very early the next day. Overall hotel for a price of odd £34 or so wasn’t bad but you have to be aware of not counting for a meal there.

SSteveI have to say that all the staff I met were fantastic. The people at reception and in the restaurant were excellent. The cleaning staff also showed perfect honesty by handing in things that I had left behind in the room. However, the fabric of the building is tired. The shower (over the bath) was not consistent, the channel changer was faulty. The bar/restaurant area had no vibrance. Also cash was not accepted. Very reasonable price
