ひっそりとしたたたずまいの「大人の宿」という感じです。 部屋数が少ないのでフロント前が騒がしくないのがまず気に入りました。 お部屋が1Fだったのでちょこっと外に出ることが出来ました。そこから眺めた山々や見上げた月、川のせせらぎに癒されました。2Fだったら川も見えたのかな？ お風呂は露天と内湯どちらも広くはないけれど、清潔感と落ち着きがあって良かったです。予約制の貸切風呂には入りませんでしたが、入浴時間をずらしたせいか夜も朝も私一人で贅沢に入れました。 そしてお料理が素晴らしいです。見た目が繊細で美しく、どれも本当に美味しかった♡個室で静かに頂けるのも贅沢感があります。 あと、特筆すべきはスタッフの皆さまが良い方ばかりで親切にしていただいた事です。細かいところにたくさんの配慮がありました。例えば、スタッフさんに今日行った場所の話をしたら、お夕食で挨拶に来て下さった女将さんがちゃんと知っていて「あそこに行かれたのですね、いかがでしたか？」と言って頂いたり、前日の朝食の好みを（連泊だったので）翌日のご担当者に引き継いでいて「昨日と同じ、おかゆとトマトジュースで良いですか？」と聞いて下さったり、同じ会話を何度もしなくて良いように情報共有されていたのにも驚きました。 年に一度のご褒美旅行、夫婦でゆったりと楽しい時間を過ごせて大満足でした。 また行きたいと思える素敵なお宿でおすすめです。

QQingegeSelain daripada penampilan kurang menyenangkan pakcik yang mengambil stesen kerana mempunyai anak tambahan apabila menyemak maklumat, kemudahan perkhidmatan yang lain sangat bagus. Kerana saya menginap selama dua malam berturut-turut, saya menambah 2,200 yen untuk makan malam pada hari kedua/orang untuk menaik taraf ke Shenyue hotel untuk menikmati hidangan set tahap A5, iaitu makanan Jepun gaya Barat, sangat lazat! Kumpulan kami bersetuju bahawa ia adalah nilai yang sangat baik.

PPengguna TetamuI'm struggle to put my review in words cause I am amazed by the services offered by the hotel and the staffs. First of all, upon reaching Gero station from Nagoya station using Hida Line, we are thrilled by the surrounding atmosphere and we took our time snapping photos around not knowing that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus for all their customers. The driver waited patiently at the exit gate, holding the hotel sign board waiting for all customers to leave the Gero station. This is a real PLUS in our stays. After we checked in, the staff lead us to our rooms and explained to us on the facilities of the hotel and the staff helped to exchange the size of Yukata after studying our heights. Very observant and thoughtful. There are 3 different hot springs in the hotel and if you have time, you can visit all of them. You can always put on your Yukata and walk inside the hotel region, including the stunning Japanese garden. Just that, most of the services/shops in the hotel are closed on 9pm JST. Remember to plan properly. The room is very spacious with 2 comfortable beds, a small tatami region for you to enjoy your private Japanese tea time. We love the breakfast provided by the hotel as it offered variety of both Japanese and Western breakfast. There is a shuttle bus service (usually once per hour for instance 10am, 11am and 12 noon) to fetch the customers back to Gero station. The staff waved us good bye is another amazing experience provided by Japanese. It is just amazing feeling. Tips: 1. You can purchase the 5Days JR pass and enjoy unlimited ride on some JR trains if you plan to visit Nagoya region and a day trip to Tateyama Alpine Kurobe route. 2. There are not many tourists during our visiting time (24 April 2023) and we love the peaceful feeling of it. Just that, it also comes with not many restaurants are available during the day.

Ssoy03Ia terletak betul-betul di hadapan anda apabila anda turun di Stesen Gero, dan jaraknya kurang daripada 5 minit berjalan kaki. Saya telah menginap di banyak hotel di Jepun, tetapi ini adalah kali pertama saya menemui tempat di mana kakitangan sangat baik.🥰 Mereka menyediakan sarapan pagi yang sihat, dan semuanya dibuat dengan bahan organik. Saya sangat berpuas hati kerana nampaknya anda berusaha sedaya upaya untuk membuatnya! Kebanyakan kemudahan berasa lama kerana ia terletak di kawasan pergunungan, tetapi biliknya cukup bersih sehingga sukar untuk mencari walaupun satu kesan acuan atau habuk, jadi saya boleh tinggal di sana selama sehari dengan ketenangan fikiran👍 Saya menghabiskan masa sehari berubat di kolam air panas dan di alam semula jadi.☺️

In-room onsen was good, staff at reception excellent. Food was simply terrible. Rice was cold (personally it’s simply unacceptable in any Japanese restaurant except for sushi may be?), the chef seems to enjoy making fusion dishes (and except that they were unappetising). To name but a few, we had strawberry mousse for starter, tofu (which was bitter) and pickles with miso for mains, and who’d put diced apple in an apple sorbet?? (Felt as though I was biting into ice cubes). The waitress was also extremely impatient and rushed us through our meals (we finished our dinners within 35 minutes, breakfasts 20).
I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry, but no.

PPengguna TetamuA very homely feel, clean inn. Limited parking lots next to the inn. A bigger car park slightly away from the inn is available. Private onsen can be booked for ¥3,300 a couple, for 45 mins per session A 2-storey inn, no lift. If you have heavy luggage, they will help you carry to your room. Requested for extra pillow and the rattan bedroom was comfy. They have many yukata to choose from, paired with ko-ko shoes & matching rattan bag for your leisurely stroll. From autumn onwards, they have thicker over-coat as well. Staff are from PRC, Malaysia. Speaking Mandarin & English is a breeze.

5568randyrUn très ancien et historique ryokan, construit en pleine foret, vraiment magnifique. Tout était bien rien à redire, bus la gare, réception rapide et efficace, chambre avec vue magnifique sur le jardin, repas très bon servis en chambre et les bain son pas mal . ps. Ne pas venir ici si vous recherchez le luxe d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, vous serez déçus , mais si vous recherchez un endroit magnifique, ancien mais authentique, alors se sera que du bonheur.

The room is unexpectedly amazing even staying as solo, but you get a room with a maximum capacity of 3 person! The view from hotel room is superb especially with snowing! Highly recommended for all types of travellers!

PPengguna Tetamuブロック割を利用し平日利用。 色々特典付きのプランで宿泊。 車はスタッフの方が移動してくれます。 部屋までの案内もあり。 特典の色浴衣も傷んでおらず種類もありました。 お部屋も広く清潔。 夕飯は部屋食で満足。 朝食は残念。 大浴場は混雑もなく快適でした。 スタッフの方もいい感じ。 外国籍の方も日本語ばっちりでした。 リーズナブルで満足な滞在でした。 しかし休前日等、混雑した場合は厳しいかもです。

PPengguna Tetamu県民割を利用しての宿泊でした。 事前に電話で申告もしていたのでチェックイン手続き、県民割の申請共に非常にスムーズでした。 館内案内は外国籍のスタッフさんで、言葉の壁はあれど、必要事項は全て説明していただけてわかりやすかったです。 併せてチェックイン時にいただいたインフォメーションに各大浴場への行き方もわかりやすく記載されていて迷うことなく、3つの大浴場全て利用できました。 夕食をどれにするか非常に悩みましたが、小川屋さんは初めての利用だったため、スタンダードな会席にしましたが正解でした。個室宴会場でゆったり食事がとれ、量も味も満足です。 夕食の係の方も外国籍の方でしたが、案内の方同様丁寧でとてもよかったです。 朝食ブッフェも7:00過ぎに利用したためとくに混み合うこともなく、席も眺望が良くゆったりできました。 バルコニーに露天風呂付きのタイプでしたので、部屋での滞在も非常にリラックスできおすすめです。 全くもって不自由のない滞在になりました。 同行者もとても気に入っていて下呂に行く際はまた伺いたいと思います。

PPengguna Tetamushuttle bus sadly only available after 230pm for check in, so I had to drag luggage to hotel (800m away from station) during noon. private onsen only available once during stay, wish I could book at least twice. hida kaiseki was average. all staff are excellent. room is a bit old but spacious. had a small souvenir shop at lobby too.
