This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon. If you don't mind staying in Little India, you can consider this hotel. I chose the deluxe twin bed, which was really comfortable for two couples; the single beds were quite spacious. The hotel is large and clean, with well-maintained facilities. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. Although the breakfast options are not extensive, they still serve nice food.

Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Singapore Orchard, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location on Orchard Road is perfect, offering easy access to shopping malls and a wide variety of dining options. We were traveling as a family, including elderly members, and the hotel was very accommodating. They provided rooms with accessible features, which made our stay much more comfortable for everyone. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were impressive, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Singapore, whether you’re traveling with family or on a solo trip. We look forward to returning in the future.

I had stay 4 night ,the place is good with food stall and public transport. The hostel overall good but only some cleanness have to improve . The staff was very helpful , especially Ms Lion (early morning shift)and night guy (Specky guy,sorry I forget the name 😂) both are very friendly and helpful. Miss you guys .

Location was great near many eateries and cafe. Hotel is around 7 mins walk to Farrer Park Mrt. Bedroom was fine except the condition of the toilet which was dissapointing. Minibar was free came with chips and drinks. The toilet blind was already damaged. The puller string wasn't even there. Can't even adjust the blind. I am surprised they don't even rectify the issue or inform the guest upon check-in. The bathtub pipe was leaking badly even though they wrap it with pressure tapes. Lastly the ceiling above where the toilet roll is placed below was leaking. Woke up the next morning and the toilet roll was soak with water. With this kind of state, they shouldn't be selling the room and rectify all matters properly. Also I did ask for a late checkout upon checking in as I came in at about 5.45pm. The staff said I was able to checkout at 12pm. At about 11plus the next day, the reception lady called and said that I should have already checkout. Appreciate a proper update on the system so as to avoid miscommunication.

The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

Because of pandemic this hostel is full of migrant workers.a lot of curry smell on cloths washing machine.floors and dining table sticky with curry residues.got one rude Chinese uncle at front office pick problem with stayers.if you dont mind all these good luck!

Pilihan pertama untuk menginap di hotel ini adalah kerana ia terletak betul-betul selepas stesen MRT Lavender Ia sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan untuk sarapan, makan tengah hari, makan malam dan snek lewat malam, serta pasar raya McDonald's dan Tradisional. , pengangkutan yang mudah, tempat makan yang selesa, dan perjalanan yang cepat ke dan dari tempat-tempat pelancongan Ia adalah hotel yang disyorkan dan saya akan menginap lagi apabila saya pergi ke Singapura. Saya pergi dalam perjalanan keluarga dan berpuas hati dengan kedua-dua lokasi dan harga hotel. Keadaan bilik yang saya daftar masuk tidak begitu baik. Bilik itu sangat kecil dan bilik mandi dan tandas dikongsi, tetapi ia mempunyai struktur yang luar biasa di mana jika anda menutup pintu bilik mandi dan menolak pintu lebih jauh, pintu bilik mandi akan dikunci semasa bilik mandi terbuka. Nampaknya pintu itu dibuat sedemikian kerana ia sangat sempit. Terdapat terlalu banyak habuk dan kotoran pada selimut dan ia adalah kotor. Penghawa dingin dihidupkan secara maksimum, tetapi ia agak lemah dan biliknya lembap. Saya dapat merasakannya dan saya tidak fikir saya akan memilih tempat ini untuk perjalanan keluarga saya mulai sekarang. Ia hanyalah hotel yang bagus untuk penginapan semalaman yang murah untuk perjalanan perniagaan. Bilik itu sangat kecil sehingga TV bersaiz kira-kira 20 inci. Tidak pernah menghidupkannya.
