Ulasan New Orchid Hotel

Permaidani di luar bilik sepanjang koridor berdebu .berbau rokok di luar bilik 514-518, Tiada jag elec, tiada beg kopi, 1 cadar sahaja & sedikit kesan, lubang dalam selimut. Tapi aircon sejuk & siling tinggi

Hotel bersih dan bilik luas, berbaloi dengan harga!

BAD ＞ Room mouldy smelled and mouldy bathroom., Dirty walls., Run down Wardrobe., Cigarettes burn mark on desks., No tea and coffee, No on/off switch for aircon (runs 24 hours) GOOD＞ Nice and helpful staffs.

The room is dirty and full of mould. Using the provided blanket resulted in nostral infestations. There is always a smell of cigarrettes despite the room being a non-smoking room. There are only 2 services per week. Aircon is bad.

No slippers, only one socket in the room, cannot turn off the air conditioner fan, and the door lock feels like an antique, super noisy if open the window, no cleaning service at all, too expensive price for such conditions.

I’d say the room is big. Bus stop is located in front of the hotel Opposite side of the hotel there is a Shaw building which have lots of restaurants and supermarket. Only one cons the room was smelly.

Hotel management behavior is excellent! Room is not luxury. It’s an average but affordable.

Room no window. Location is very good near to many restaurants and bus station. Room is dirty and floor with lots of hairs. a night and not much demand can try usually always out not staying in the room always. Free parking is advantages. Reception is friendly during checkin.

Great service fr housekeeping to refresh room during our stay. Front reception alert and friendly to top up water and coffee. Nearby easy to find tasty and delicious foods like bakuteh and fast foods. Short walking distance to bus stops.

Pls so bad old hotel , paid very expensive overall i dun stay long bcoz i cant sleep my body all itching..

The location is still okay. The hotel is old, should do some renovation. Got cockroaches inside the room!!!

You get what you have paid. Still affordable for low budget traveler

Its not as convenient as it isnt near any train stations but it has a bus stop just opposite so thats the good part, the room is surprisingly big, clean & nice! Love it so much, would definitely stay again! Definite recommend!
