Hotel Xi'an dengan Spa

Our stay at the W Hotel was absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away by the sheer scale and beauty of the building — everything felt luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The lighting, flooring, and stunning views over the lake created such an impressive atmosphere throughout the hotel. I had asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a lake view room, and the staff kindly arranged it for us the following day, which we really appreciated. It was also our anniversary, so the hotel surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. My partner especially loved the cake — she probably ate 90% of it herself! The food throughout our stay was amazing, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. There was such a huge variety of options, all beautifully presented. The cocktail bar / Betty Boop bar was also fantastic, with a really stylish atmosphere, and the complimentary cocktail each day was a great bonus. The facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was massive, the hot tub was excellent, and the gym was honestly incredible — modern, spacious, and very well equipped. What stood out most was how unique the hotel felt. The Art Deco influences mixed with the modern design made it unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. Every detail felt polished and high-end while still feeling welcoming and enjoyable. Overall, one of the most beautiful, stylish, and memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would happily return again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Xi’an. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. The western breakfast was very tasty, with high-quality options. I also appreciated the beautiful statues and paintings throughout the hotel, which created a refined atmosphere. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Overall fine. Door was very hard to open and close. The heater didn't work and it was a little cold in the room. We wanted to have a snack at night when we arrived around 9:30 10:00 in the evening but the restaurant service was closed already despite the opening hours written as 10:30 pm. New towels every day and breakfast was great. One person spoke English at the reception and helped us for some planning around the city.

The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an embodies the legendary hospitality the parent brand is famous for. In a time of dwindling personal care in the industry due to sheer volume of travellers, the Xi'an branch elevated my experience in a whole new way. Issues were firstly immediately acknowledged then addressed without delay, plus the ensuing multiple goodwill gestures were beyond my imagination. Breakfast selection was amazing, the spa and pool facilities were well maintained, treatments were also next level, housekeeping generally impeccable to outstanding. Reception for check in and out was efficient, deposits refunded promptly. Location is quiet for those who prefer to be a bit away from the hectic City Wall area, but easily accessible by metro within an adjacent world-class shopping mall. Special mention to Helen who coordinated many elements to make my stay a truly beautiful one, along with Quincy, Lucy and Link at reception, Marshall at conscierge, Jolin plus Chefs David and Kerry at the Xian restaurant, Madams Ji and Ren plus team leader Wendy from housekeeping, and May my massage therapist. Also entire teams at Flair Bar and the earlier mentioned teams for their coordinated efforts and personal notes. Having come a long way for a month long trip to trace my ancestoral roots, the team also enthusiastically went along with me, making it the pinnacle of the month-long trip.

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. A special thank you as well for the wonderful birthday surprise! My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!

Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Xi’an North was pleasant — the facilities, cleanliness, and room quality were excellent, and the staff were polite and professional. Everything in the hotel is well maintained, and the environment feels comfortable and modern. However, the check-in process took quite a long time. I understand that guests in the executive suite are allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, but the cleaning of those rooms takes about an hour or more. This means that if the previous guests delay their departure, the next guests (like me) may not be able to check in until well after 3 PM. Because of this delay, my schedule for the whole afternoon was affected as I had to wait in the lobby. I hope the management can consider stricter control on late check-outs or faster room-turnover coordination, so that incoming guests don’t have to wait beyond the normal check-in time. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and I would love to come back again if the check-in process becomes smoother.

A Hotel that offers very good quality in everything from the rooms to the restaurant, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff that provides useful information, very good location; one of the best cost-benefit relation I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

國慶和家人在西安過了個舒心的節日，住的這家凱悦酒店給本次旅途加分不少，其中最出彩的是它家的早餐。早餐的豐富程度遠超預期，絕不是敷衍了事的自助。本地的肉夾饃、羊肉泡饃很好吃，還有師傅在現場做陝西特色的臊子麪，地道開胃，小寶寶的早餐也能輕鬆搞定，米粥和雞蛋還有蒸菜很豐富。食材新鮮，味道好，成了我們每天早起的動力。 酒店的環境也沒得説，像是個藏在西安這座十三朝古都裏的度假莊園。大堂和迴廊是沉穩大氣的設計，但最讓人驚喜的是那片綠色的園林。吃完早飯帶家人散散步，坐着發發呆，那種寧靜愜意，瞬間就洗去了城市的擁擠和喧囂。 最後，這次入住體驗感很棒，服務也是滿分！特別要感謝經理Linda，她的周到安排讓我們全家都感到格外貼心。辦理入住前，她主動詢問我們的行程和需求，入住時主動調配嬰兒床，小寶可喜歡在嬰兒床上玩了，熱情且周到，細緻入微，讓出門在外的我們有了回家的感覺，非常值得推薦！

Clean, well located and quiet, the building is beautiful and it has a lot of security. On the corridors there was an unpleasant smell of cigarette, people probably smoke there. Also they don't have a laundry room or service.
