Hotel Xi'an dengan Spa

Quick check in and check out. Requested for extra 2 hours for late check-out and was granted, very nice of the front desk customer service. Very convenient location, across from the D exit of Longshouyusn metro station. There is mall next to hotel (2 min walk from the front exit) Room is clean, well maintained. The laundry room at L26 has 4 ss washers & dryers. Gym also at L26, next to laundry room. The lobby is at L8. Breakfast buffet is very good with big variety of delicious food options of Chinese and continental tastes. The bkack tea is kind of weak and need to provide tea bags.

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

First time we stayed at Ritz and it was impressive. We had high expectations but this experience was far better than we could have imagined. If you book your stay I recommend you get the Lounge Club Access and Edison will help you make the most of your stay, recommend and get for you the best dishes, get you best cocktails, best sweets so you get to feel and experience what Ritz is about. The swimming pool and jacuzzies were amazing as well. We simply smiled and enjoyed everything throughout the stay.

Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Xi’an North was pleasant — the facilities, cleanliness, and room quality were excellent, and the staff were polite and professional. Everything in the hotel is well maintained, and the environment feels comfortable and modern. However, the check-in process took quite a long time. I understand that guests in the executive suite are allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, but the cleaning of those rooms takes about an hour or more. This means that if the previous guests delay their departure, the next guests (like me) may not be able to check in until well after 3 PM. Because of this delay, my schedule for the whole afternoon was affected as I had to wait in the lobby. I hope the management can consider stricter control on late check-outs or faster room-turnover coordination, so that incoming guests don’t have to wait beyond the normal check-in time. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and I would love to come back again if the check-in process becomes smoother.

I had a brilliant and enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza Xi'an. I especially want to express my sincere appreciation for Concierge Yu during my visit. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made our time in the city seamless and enjoyable. I hope to see him again next time!”

國慶和家人在西安過了個舒心的節日，住的這家凱悦酒店給本次旅途加分不少，其中最出彩的是它家的早餐。早餐的豐富程度遠超預期，絕不是敷衍了事的自助。本地的肉夾饃、羊肉泡饃很好吃，還有師傅在現場做陝西特色的臊子麪，地道開胃，小寶寶的早餐也能輕鬆搞定，米粥和雞蛋還有蒸菜很豐富。食材新鮮，味道好，成了我們每天早起的動力。 酒店的環境也沒得説，像是個藏在西安這座十三朝古都裏的度假莊園。大堂和迴廊是沉穩大氣的設計，但最讓人驚喜的是那片綠色的園林。吃完早飯帶家人散散步，坐着發發呆，那種寧靜愜意，瞬間就洗去了城市的擁擠和喧囂。 最後，這次入住體驗感很棒，服務也是滿分！特別要感謝經理Linda，她的周到安排讓我們全家都感到格外貼心。辦理入住前，她主動詢問我們的行程和需求，入住時主動調配嬰兒床，小寶可喜歡在嬰兒床上玩了，熱情且周到，細緻入微，讓出門在外的我們有了回家的感覺，非常值得推薦！

We received a free upgrade to a suite as soon as we arrived. Friendly staff and keen on providing good service. I read some of the previous reviews and it seems they do listen about customers complaints. For example, one person complained they provided no information about the best places to visit, but they did that for us. Another complained about the 4th floor suite not having internet, but our suite in the 4th floor did have internet.

I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls. Thank you to everyone who offered assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the problems but I uploaded pictures of the beautiful hotel which needs some TLC in the bedrooms or some of the bedrooms like mine.

Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet has many food options to pick from. The lobby is spacious and grand. There is also someone who helps with carrying the luggage at the hotel entrance.
