TTravelling explorerNice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, safe in room, fridge, T.V. Best selection of Breakfast buffet at this hotel compared to all previous German hotel breakfast buffets eaten so far. BUT I booked this hotel for the sauna which were not available due to construction work when I arrived, with no info about the closure of the Sauna online before booking which is unnaceptable for the top hotel listing in Berlin with Sauna when paying customers book specifically to enjoy the sauna. Lucky for me I visited the best Men only sauna in Berlin called Artemis that evening which had the most beautiful female staff who attend to your every need, which left me relieved, refreshed and happy enough to forget the disapointment of no working sauna at the hotel I booked. Many nice restaraunts, bars and tourists attractions in walking distance with near by train station to reach other parts of Berlin to far to walk. Overall good hotel.

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even though it’s quite large and business-oriented. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a family. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless.
Breakfast was a highlight — an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that even picky kids enjoyed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always taking time to check if we needed anything

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuThis place was honestly a solid find. The room was super comfortable and it was clean. The lobby has this really nice, open feel with great interior design, so just hanging out there for a few minutes was a vibe. And the views outside the hotel are lovely, especially around sunset.
There's a train station across the river, and a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. Super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack.
Overall, it's a chill, no-drama stay. Comfy, clean, nice views, and practical. Would definitely come back.

PPengguna TetamuCheck-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays.

We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

EE.ajamiDas Hotel ist modern, stylisch und die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet.
Trotzdem muss ich sagen: Für diesen Preis hätte ich woanders deutlich mehr bekommen.
Was mich überrascht hat, ist das fehlende hoteleigene Fitnessstudio. Die Kooperation mit McFit ist okay, aber Gästen dann noch 10 Euro zu berechnen, wirkt bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie etwas unpassend. Eine echte Kooperation hätte kostenfreien Zugang ermöglicht. So fühlt es sich eher wie ein Aufpreis als ein Service an.
Ähnlich beim Room Service: Für diesen Preis erwarte ich eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung ohne Nachfrage. Umweltfreundlichkeit ist wichtig, aber Sauberkeit gehört zur Hotelqualität — und sollte nicht der Punkt sein, an dem man spart.
Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Design und guter Stimmung.
Empfehlen kann ich es, aber beim nächsten Mal würde ich andere Hotels in Betracht ziehen, weil Preis und Leistung hier nicht ganz zusammenpassen.

NNikiBaeGreat stay! The location is super convenient！only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. It’s located in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. A huge plus was being able to watch a football match right from the window over the weekend. It was spectacular!
