Hotel Berlin dengan Spa

This is the best hotel in our Germany trip and we stayed for 4 nights. Hotel location cannot be better as it is just next to the central train station. We got in and out by ICE trains so this is very helpful. Also during the day, we can take U-Banh or S-Banh to different places in the city with the 24-hour pass. Hotel restaurant is very famous for its breakfast, and this is where we had breakfast every day during our stay, and we saw a lot of business travelers during breakfast too. There is also a food court called Food Factory nearby where we ate a couple times for different cuisines. The Vietnam restaurant in nearby hotel is also very famous and great service. Facilities wise, the gym is good although not super large, and there is a sauna room free for hotel guests, must try. Staff is very friendly and high quality service provided to us.

We booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;) The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice. The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night. Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.

As good as advertised. A funky place. Clean, good sized rooms. Big windows. Great buffet breakfast. Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night. On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted. Would definitely come again.

I’m extending my stay at this hotel for a vacation under a separate reservation, and I truly appreciate the front desk team for their flexibility and friendliness. They kindly coordinated my extended stay in the same room, sparing me the hassle of switching rooms—making the experience seamless and stress-free.

Very comfy bed and pillows! We enjoyed the easy and safe access 24/7 and would love to stay again next time we visit Berlin.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

Good location which is like 3 minutes walk to the underground. A lot of restaurants nearby in which you will not have any problem for food. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful.

Our stay was excellent overall. The rooftop bar offered a vibrant atmosphere and made for a perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options and coffee served directly to the table. The room was spacious, clean, and very stylish. We did, however, encounter a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and although the TV was available, we were unable to cast from our devices. Additionally, the bathtub did not retain water, which prevented us from using it. We requested assistance, but due to the late hour, no support was provided. Despite these minor inconveniences, we were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would gladly return in the future.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

reception staff with her attitude, tried calling reception but nobody pick up. was given only one bottle of water and there’s no replenishment based on number of days of stay. requested for 1 double bed but given room with 2 single beds. the only thing good about this hotel is the location, walkable distance from Gesunbrunnen train station.
