"This is the first time I am staying at this hotel as my previous visits to Tanjong Pinang I had stayed at the Alltrue Hotel. I must say this hotel is way much better as it's newer compared to the 28 yrs old Alltrue where maintenance is quite poor. I liked this hotel as it's clean smells good & friendly service staff. The room is spacious & TV works well. There is hot water kettle & tea/coffee is provided. I was also impressed with the breakfast which was included. I will definitely return again if I am at Tanjong Pinang The only downside was the loud prayers from the nearby mosque at 5am & other times in the day. It should not be so loud. As I was in room 305 my window view was not good looking at an abandoned rooftops with old tables. I hope 8 will be given upper floors instead os 3rd floor."

PPengguna TetamuWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

AAng Jian HaoWe had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always greeting us with smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Traveling as a family, we really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was—it made the entire stay feel relaxed and special. The highlight for us was Ocean Restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety, every meal felt fresh and satisfying. Dining with the sea view made the experience even more enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for families. We had so much fun together, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, Hotel Indigo Bintan delivered an unforgettable experience through excellent service, great food, and genuine hospitality. We left with happy memories and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

PPengguna TetamuWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Perkhidmatan bilik adalah baik dan kakitangan ramah dan sentiasa menyambut kami dengan wajah tersenyum. Kami tinggal selama 3 malam dan kami makan di restoran resort. Sarapan pagi telah dimasukkan dalam tempahan kami dan makanan yang disajikan semasa sarapan pagi adalah baik tetapi tiada apa yang istimewa untuk disebutkan. Kami makan tengah hari dan makan malam di restoran makanan laut Spice dan Kelong. Saya akan mengatakan jenis makanan adalah terhad dan mahal. Saya akan katakan ia lebih mahal daripada Singapura (salah satu bandar paling mahal di asia). Untuk dua orang kami membelanjakan kira-kira 70$-170$ setiap hidangan... pembuka selera, satu hidangan utama dan satu minuman termurah. Apabila kami mempunyai hidangan makanan laut, harganya lebih mahal, sudah tentu, kira-kira $170. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah pengalaman yang baik. Penginapan yang bagus kecuali makanan yang mahal. Rasa makanannya sedap. Kami menginap 3 malam, jadi kami lebih sukar untuk memilih apa yang hendak dimakan apabila anda tidak mempunyai banyak pilihan dan ia tidak menarik dan anda berada di resort… jadi anda tidak boleh keluar dan membeli lebih banyak makanan dengan harga berpatutan di luar. Jika resort boleh mempunyai lebih banyak masakan Cina akan menjadi baik. Jadi, jika anda tinggal untuk berehat maka ia adalah baik. Jika anda penggemar makanan,,, tempat ini bukan untuk anda.

MMixworldStayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

NNotcommonOur stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

MMayer ChanCheck in was quick and easy. Rooms were already blasting cold temperature at 16C with a card inserted into the system. Much appreciated due to the super hot weather. Pool was small. More for soaking chilling than swimming. Gym was small. Enclosed with glass with the top open-air so it can be very hot and humid. Treadmill was pitiful. It is more of a home-based type treadmill than one that is usually found in hotels. My group of 14 adults decided to have dinner at the cafe/ restaurant. The menu is limited but sufficient for us to try the local food. Unfortunately, the food was very slow and came in bits and pieces ie 1 dish came out after 10-15min of waiting. Imagine 14 adults ordering multiple dishes + drinks? We must have ordered 30+ dishes, not including drinks. It was only at the last 20min of our dinner that many dishes came out of the kitchen at the same time. The staff was definitely not prepared to handle such orders in the evenings. Some of the dishes like satay was cold. Some dishes were also missed out. Truly disappointing. The wait staff were nice and patient. Breakfast was much better. Many dishes and choices. This hotel seems to be a popular choice with Chinese nationals. The whole hotel was swarmed with them during breakfast.

BBrielletanClean and excellent stay with great service and massage! Cleanliness - rooms, amenities in the resort were clean Amenities/ facilities - great for the price. Quite a few activities to do which you can book through the resort, reasonably priced. Swimming pool is beautiful, and there’s many small quiet areas to chill. Service from staff is really great Food - there’s no Uber / grab here so settle all food at the resort. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! Location - More of a boutique resort I’d say, nestled in a quiet kampung by the beach and surrounded by mangroves. No Uber / grab from the ferry terminal so you have to drive or book with them for IDR400K. It’s an hour’s journey with a comfortable car. Massage - EXCELLENT Javanese massage, therapists know what they’re doing. It’s located by the beach which is really soothing
