I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time! Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. 위치가 관광지와 꽤나 멈. (버스타고 최소10분에서 30분 가량 걸림) 그래도 대사관들 모여있는 동네라서 로마 다니면서 제일 안전하다는 느낌 받음. 거지0명 노숙자 0명 내가 싱글룸을 예약하긴 했는데 방이 너무 작아서 당황^^ 근데 이게 로마가 다 그렇다니 더비싼방 예약안한 내탓임 호텔 어메니티와 호텔내의 향이 오렌지꽃 향으로 통일되어있는데 이 향이 너어어무 좋다. 어메니티 사고싶었음. 1층에 거실..?인지 쇼파가 있는 공간이 아주 코지 그잡채. 호텔안에 바에 있는 바텐더 핫함.

衞生：保潔人員衞生意識太差，第三天來打掃的時候我本人就在房間，服務員進來後第一個動作是直接把新的床單被套搭在我的行李箱上。我的行李箱最近剛跨越了三個大洲，經過了不知道多少次裝卸，搭在哪都比搭這強。 服務：大部分都會説英語，但保潔人員是一句不會。一樓的餐廳吃得不錯，還一直有彈琴的，整得挺有情調。就是第一晚的主菜上得巨慢，從點餐到上完可能花了1小時20分鐘，上的時候我已經吃意麪吃飽了。服務員有個別態度傲慢。第一晚負責接待的小夥子問我有沒有預約，我説沒有，他説我必須預約（you have to reserve）。但還是給了座位。最後一天中午又沒預約直接walkin，也根本沒人管，而且其他桌客人也都沒預約。合著第一晚就是純粹被“教育”了一頓。包括我提出要坐室內，他直接拒絕，説你坐室內幹啥，大家都坐室外。而最後一天中午他不在，別的服務生小夥子還主動問我想坐室外還是室內，我選了室內。最後一天中午，餐廳不讓帶行李箱入內，態度生硬要求寄存。負責寄存的大爺更不是善茬，幾次送水和取行李時候都傲得不行。最後一天按理説是退房日，服務員本來就不該進房打掃。再説即使團隊間訊息互通性做得差，進門之前也得敲個門吧？幸好我上了鎖鏈，要不然直接被破門而入。第二天沒給打掃房間，但其實我的“請勿打擾”牌子衹掛到下午3點，從3點到下班之間服務員竟然完全沒有任何檢查機制，就感覺整個管理非常業餘。早餐挺不錯，而且每天都持續到11:00。 設施政策：房間很大而且有陽台，很好。設施略差，馬桶沒有絲毫緩沖，放下來的時候會迸發巨響，和緊隨其後在佛羅倫薩住的瑟雷塔尼美憬閣酒店（Hotel Cerretani Firenze - MGallery Collection）形成鮮明對比，人家就能做到沒有聲音。然後皇冠假日這邊的水是要花錢的，每天給兩瓶免費，之後開始3歐一瓶。當然考慮到酒店本身性價比很不錯，也算是合情合理吧。 位置：在西南郊區，如果純開車到主城區其實不需要20分鐘，但是打車需要匹配+等車過來，公交需要倒地鐵，而且公交本身時間也不穩定，這樣算起來就還挺折騰的。酒店是提供shuttle bus，但是需要付錢的，5-8歐不等，而且班次很少，目的地更是有限，我衹坐了一次去鬥獸場，但停車點距離鬥獸場也仍有較長步行路程。 睡眠：總體比較安靜，白天晚上都不怎麼有噪音。臨走之前的晚上聽到了一點説話聲，但無傷大雅。 最大優勢：性價比。含早每日不到2000人民幣，這樣的房間面積，再加上IHG的品牌，感覺説得過去。

The hotel has an excellent location. Walk 3-5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Also a very large and varied breakfast! The workers are very friendly! But to change the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, you need to call the reception every time 😳 Because there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room!!! It's very uncomfortable... Also the bed was terrible. The bed is very small for two, the mattresses are clearly sagging and need replacing. The toilet smells terrible of sewage. But we were given a room with a wonderful small balcony, although it was not stated in the booking!😍

Clean rooms and great service, a little out of the way however, hotel taxi vouchers are a great help in getting to mist-visit places.

Lovely hotel. Piano player in lobby. Pool was a nice touch considering it was 36 degrees. Younger members of staff had an amazing work ethic. Only dissapointment was no kettle in the room and no room service thus no hot drink when you need to leave early.
