Amazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

I had a wonderful stay at Marques de Pombal Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Luis Nunes , who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. I also want to thank the other team members whose names I didn’t catch, but whose service was just as excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was a an good experience. The best thing is the cleanliness and location of the hotel, can't complain there. However, I was disappointed there were no slippers provided for free and the pillows aren't great, its not fluffy enough and with two there isn't good neck support. I didn't have the best sleep because of this. Room service was slow although staff are very friendly. The breakfast was very mid nothing special and tasted okay not a huge amount of selection. Overalli would still recommendas its very clean which is the most important aspect for me and is easily accessibleby public transport and at a good price.

The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Very nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Inspira Liberdade Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very quiet at night. The location is fantastic—it's in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from Avenida da Liberdade, and surrounded by several restaurants right across the hotel. There is also an Auchan supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away, as well as several souvenir shops nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was also excellent and definitely worth it. Our only minor issues were that the Uber pin location was not very accurate, which occasionally caused confusion when booking rides, and that the bathroom/shower area is enclosed with frosted glass, so it may not offer complete privacy for those sharing a room. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, business travelers, and first-time visitors to Lisbon.
