"Only stayed for a night as I booked flights out on the wrong day! Lovely find to spend the extra day by the pool. Bed was comfy and room was modern with TV and kettle. Places to eat nearby and right by the main road / river. Nice place to eat opposite."

"Stayed at Happy Hotel in Krabi and overall had a really good experience. The location is convenient and not too far from Ao Nang Beach. You can easily get there by Grab. Breakfast is included and served every morning. The options are pretty much the same each day, but the food is good and does the job. Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. They also offer tour bookings, but I found them quite expensive, so it’s better to book tours in advance elsewhere. They usually give a small goodie/foodie bag after check-out, but I didn’t get one — not sure why, maybe because I was traveling solo.
Big plus: they provide lots of bottled water throughout the stay, so I didn’t have to buy any outside. Overall, it’s a good hotel and I’d stay here again."

Problem solving need to be improved , because of the heavy rain so everything in the room was so wet , our cloths, the blanket, paper and etc., what they did was providing the air purifier which didn’t make any different. The 1st night, we hardly sleep and the bug wasp was found in our room, fortunately that my bf could cover it with the glasss.
The staff at the restaurant assigned us table for
2 persons but it’s next to the counter that they put the used plates from the guests’ table while there’re 4-5 tables for 4 persons available in the other area, why? She was afraid that the tables wouldn’t be enough other guests!?
Moreover, Too natural with many kinds of animals 😅

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

JJamie MarWe had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Krabi Ao Nang and honestly couldn’t fault the overall experience.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless. Check-in was quick and easy, and the complimentary welcome juice was a really nice touch after travelling. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a super comfortable bed and a huge TV—perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
What really stood out was the level of service. We had an issue connecting our Fire TV Stick to the WiFi, and without hesitation the hotel sent a technician along with a staff member who sorted it straight away by connecting us to the staff network. Nothing felt like too much trouble. We also mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room with balloons and surprising us with a cake, along with plates and cutlery. It genuinely made the stay feel special.
The facilities were great overall. There are two pools—one more aesthetic, but the main pool was a good size and had a pool bar with happy hour, which we made the most of. There’s also a separate kids’ pool and a gym on-site. Breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh, soft pastries, good coffee, a wide juice selection, and an egg station offering plenty of options (the Eggs Benedict were a highlight). While the hot selection could be slightly broader, there was still plenty to choose from.
Location-wise, it’s ideal—around a 10–15 minute walk to the main beach area. It strikes a perfect balance: close enough to everything, but far enough away that you don’t hear any of the noise, making it feel peaceful and relaxing.
If I had to mention any downsides, they’re very minor. The hotel is built into a hillside, so depending on your room location (we were in Block D), you may need to take multiple lifts to get there. It didn’t bother us, but it’s worth noting. Also, the hotel is fully non-smoking, including balconies, which may not suit everyone—but there are designated smoking areas available.
Overall, the hotel feels luxurious, modern, and high-end—without the hefty price tag you might expect. I’d highly recommend it to couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet stylish stay in Ao Nang.
We’d definitely return.

PPengguna TetamuA safe option to go with! Could you possibly find something as good but cheaper? Maybe. However it’s clean and safe and in a good location. 3 minute walk to the Main Street. It also has an ATM in reception, helpful staff and a pharmacy 2 minutes walk away.
The hotel could do with a bit of a refresh as corners are worn out a bit and there aren’t enough sun loungers when the pool is busy. Also happy hour turns into drunken chaos, however this is probably the case in most swim up bars.
Breakfast was very average so only went once.
I’d recommend overall for sure, however try to find a deal if you can!

PPengguna TetamuThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

Kami menghabiskan seminggu di resort Amari vogue dan kami sangat gembira dengan pilihan kami! Kakitangan sangat baik, membantu dengan semua yang kami minta untuk menjadikan pengalaman ini seselesa mungkin! Ia adalah tempat yang sangat tenang yang dibina dengan seni bina Thai yang sangat bersih dan bilik kami yang dinaik taraf adalah besar dan mempunyai semua peralatan yang diperlukan untuk membuatkan kami berasa hebat.
Sarapan pagi mempunyai hidangan Eropah dan Asia dan setiap hari mereka mempunyai pilihan yang berbeza. Yang menghairankan, terdapat kedai Starbucks di dalamnya juga! Kami makan malam 4 kali di restoran pantai Marcos dan makanannya sangat lazat.
Resort ini membantu kami juga menempah bot ekor panjang untuk melawat pulau-pulau di seberang.
Sesungguhnya, sukar untuk mencari perkara negatif dalam penginapan kami. Mungkin bagi sesetengah orang mereka tidak akan berasa selesa dengan banyak tangga tetapi anda cepat terbiasa dengannya.
Berhampiran resort tidak ada kedai dan anda perlu meminta penerimaan tetamu untuk menempah kereta untuk membawa anda ke AoNang, bandar terdekat yang mempunyai semua barangan yang diperlukan, pasar, restoran, farmasi dll. Jaraknya kira-kira 20 minit. Terdapat pilihan untuk menyewa motosikal juga.

LLimtIa adalah resort yang hebat. Perkhidmatan kakitangan sangat mesra. Tempah suite pemandangan laut. Bagus dan luas. Walau bagaimanapun, terpaksa menaiki beberapa anak tangga ke bilik melainkan anda membawa kereta golf mereka ke bangunan anda. Kemudian sekali lagi satu lagi langkah ke lif. Tidak terlalu seronok jika anda menyakiti kaki anda.
Bilik itu mempunyai tab jakuzi yang bagus, tetapi apabila kami mula mengisi tab mandi, banyak rambut mula terapung di dalam air, oleh itu kami memutuskan untuk tidak menggunakannya.
Berus gigi tidak disediakan, jika anda memerlukan satu permintaan daripada kaunter.
Yang peliknya mereka hanya sediakan 1 kad pintu. Oleh itu, jika anda keluar secara berasingan, anda perlu menyelaraskan kepulangan dengan separuh lagi anda.
Peti ais hanya berfungsi apabila kad pintu dipasang. Saya membeli kek dan ia cair semasa kami keluar dari bilik dengan kad pintu.
Walau bagaimanapun secara keseluruhan ia masih merupakan hotel yang bagus.
