絕對值得長住五六天的好地方！ 我感覺是皮皮島最有風情魅力的居所，海濱小木屋，親近大自然，每天赤腳走在細軟潔白的沙灘，吹着海風，直接進入放鬆放空度假模式。而且酒店非常安靜，早上是聽到鳥叫緩緩起床，再來個完美的早餐。下午可以在自己的房間半户外小憩發呆靜坐，偶爾有猴子三人小家庭來訪你的房間，拿點水果就跑了。酒店餐飲就是這個島上最高檔的選擇， 雞尾酒一流， 羊扒很贊！Spa也很可愛。整個酒店服務水準一流，熱情洋溢，有幾個員工比如Ms.Ping中文都説得很好👍，總經理Mr. Becker也可以説點中文！ 總之皮皮島上的完美度假勝地。

A great hotel for those looking for peace, comfort, and excellent service. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the hotel remains quiet and relaxing in the evenings. I really liked the variety of swimming pools, and some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes from different cuisines. The staff were friendly, professional, and always responded quickly to any requests. I also appreciated the hotel’s modern approach to guest services. They have their own app with all the necessary information, as well as a 24/7 chat service, which made communication very easy. There were a few minor drawbacks: the button to activate the jacuzzi in my room was not working, there was a small amount of mold in the shower, and the price feels slightly high for the overall quality. However, despite these issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and believe the hotel deserves the highest rating.

Hotel ini tidak besar, tetapi biliknya besar. Pergi ke pantai memerlukan berjalan naik dan turun banyak tangga, yang boleh mencabar untuk kanak-kanak dan orang tua yang lemah kaki dan kaki. Overall it was good and the hotel breakfast buffet was great, but need to avoid peak hour for the crowd. However we do have some expectation on some of the facilities such as the kids club, which we believe it was under renovation, hence it was move to the hotel’s room. And the toys dolls all are not in a very good condition and looks dirty as well. We dare not allow our kids to play around afraid of any infection of virus. Perhaps the hotel can improve more on this. Others overall it was good and our room was located at the uphill which need to get fetched by using buggy and glad that the staffs all that attended and greeted us with great hospitality. Definitely will stay again if we are back at Krabi!

We recently stayed at Sofitel Krabi and had a mixed experience. What we liked: the pool area was pleasant and relaxing, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the location is quite convenient. The General Manager was polite, and the room cleaning was generally thorough. What we didn’t like: the rooms felt old and in need of renovation, with amenities of fairly low quality. The staff could be rigid at times, and accessing the beach requires crossing a busy road. Despite being officially prohibited, smoking was allowed in some common areas. Additionally, all services come at an extra cost—even those that are often included in other hotels, such as certain sports activities or pool equipment—and prices are very high, often two to three times more than what can be found just outside the hotel. Overall, the property has potential and some nice features, but certain aspects left us disappointed given the price point.

Pertama sekali : Saya membuat permintaan khas, tetapi yang ini tidak berlaku kerana trip.com / hotel sama ada membuatnya berlaku. Memandangkan ia adalah perjalanan ulang tahun dengan teman wanita saya, hanya dengan mudah menghias ulang tahun bahagia di dalam bilik. jadi nampaknya mereka tidak mengendahkan, tiada apa yang dilakukan. Bilik itu bersih, tetapi katilnya sangat keras. Pada hari ke-2 saya, belakang saya terasa agak sakit kerana tidur tilam/bantal ini, tetapi ia selesa untuk berehat, agak, tiada sebarang bunyi. Sarapan pagi adalah hebat, biasanya layan diri dan masih kurang minda perkhidmatan. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, semuanya ok. Mengenai pantai di bahagian hadapan, saya tidak dapat memberitahu begitu banyak kerana kami tidak menikmatinya di sana, tetapi kami memutuskan untuk mengadakan makan malam ulang tahun kami di luar.

Ia adalah resort yang hebat. Perkhidmatan kakitangan sangat mesra. Tempah suite pemandangan laut. Bagus dan luas. Walau bagaimanapun, terpaksa menaiki beberapa anak tangga ke bilik melainkan anda membawa kereta golf mereka ke bangunan anda. Kemudian sekali lagi satu lagi langkah ke lif. Tidak terlalu seronok jika anda menyakiti kaki anda. Bilik itu mempunyai tab jakuzi yang bagus, tetapi apabila kami mula mengisi tab mandi, banyak rambut mula terapung di dalam air, oleh itu kami memutuskan untuk tidak menggunakannya. Berus gigi tidak disediakan, jika anda memerlukan satu permintaan daripada kaunter. Yang peliknya mereka hanya sediakan 1 kad pintu. Oleh itu, jika anda keluar secara berasingan, anda perlu menyelaraskan kepulangan dengan separuh lagi anda. Peti ais hanya berfungsi apabila kad pintu dipasang. Saya membeli kek dan ia cair semasa kami keluar dari bilik dengan kad pintu. Walau bagaimanapun secara keseluruhan ia masih merupakan hotel yang bagus.

If they can spend more service it will be a much nicer resort. Really appreciate the location and the environment, and the private beach, and also the villa area. But… Can’t say the room is dirty but dusty; The grumpy face of an old woman in reception is worst in Thailand ever, I couldn’t understand why she is here if she doesn’t like her job or welcome the guest; The breakfast was included but the food is not good enough to wake me up so if I have a choice I will not pay for it; The price is good, so if u don’t care about these, it’s still a worth to go.
