Завтраки были великолепными: большой выбор, свежие продукты, отличное качество блюд и очень красивая подача. Особенно запомнился десерт, который шеф-повар приготовил прямо при мне. Это был тирамису — невероятно нежный, идеально сбалансированный и, без преувеличения, один из лучших, что я пробовала. Было видно, сколько внимания и любви здесь вкладывают даже в такие детали. Именно люди делают это место особенным. Весь персонал создаёт атмосферу спокойствия, комфорта и искренней заботы, благодаря чему отдых ощущается по-настоящему особенным. Secara ringkas, jika anda mencari ketenangan, elakkan hotel ini. Layanan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik, dan kawasan awam juga cantik, tetapi bilik hotel dari segi kemudahan, kebersihan, hingga penebat bunyi adalah sangat teruk. Saya tidak tahu berapa peratus bilik yang mempunyai pintu penyambung di tengahnya. Dua pintu kayu nipis itu langsung tidak kedap bunyi, dan saya boleh mendengar setiap perkataan yang diucapkan jiran sebelah dengan jelas pada tahap suara normal. Penebat bunyi dinding juga sangat teruk, menyebabkan saya tidak dapat tidur setiap malam sehingga pukul 3 atau 4 pagi kerana jiran sebelah yang berpesta. Kemudian pada pukul 7 pagi, saya sudah dikejutkan oleh gelak tawa dari bilik sebelah yang disambungkan. Terdapat bangku di bawah pancuran mandian, tetapi tekanan air sangat rendah. Air pancuran hanya cukup untuk sampai ke bangku, jadi bagi mereka yang tidak suka mandi duduk, anda terpaksa membengkokkan badan ke dalam bangku untuk mandi, yang sangat tidak selesa. Pengering rambut sudah berkarat, anginnya panas dan perlahan, dan ia mudah menggaru. I had a great stay at Sea Seeker Krabi Resort. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities and common areas were also well maintained, especially the pool area, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the location and the view. Although my room faced the mountains, the scenery wasn’t particularly impressive. The hotel is also a bit far from the beach, and the shuttle service is quite limited, so getting to and from the beach can be a little inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. If you don’t mind being a little farther from the beach, it’s definitely worth considering.

Perfect for family, but room can be improved as there were some issues found: 1. Slippery floor due to rainy season 2. The fire alarm suddenly activated while we were sleeping Overall it was a great experience, staff services were good and friendly.

Hotel ini tidak besar, tetapi biliknya besar. Pergi ke pantai memerlukan berjalan naik dan turun banyak tangga, yang boleh mencabar untuk kanak-kanak dan orang tua yang lemah kaki dan kaki. Pantai yang sama dengan Banyan Tree. Terdapat banyak makhluk di pantai, jadi ia disyorkan untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

Overall it was good and the hotel breakfast buffet was great, but need to avoid peak hour for the crowd. However we do have some expectation on some of the facilities such as the kids club, which we believe it was under renovation, hence it was move to the hotel’s room. And the toys dolls all are not in a very good condition and looks dirty as well. We dare not allow our kids to play around afraid of any infection of virus. Perhaps the hotel can improve more on this. Others overall it was good and our room was located at the uphill which need to get fetched by using buggy and glad that the staffs all that attended and greeted us with great hospitality. Definitely will stay again if we are back at Krabi!

Pertama sekali : Saya membuat permintaan khas, tetapi yang ini tidak berlaku kerana trip.com / hotel sama ada membuatnya berlaku. Memandangkan ia adalah perjalanan ulang tahun dengan teman wanita saya, hanya dengan mudah menghias ulang tahun bahagia di dalam bilik. jadi nampaknya mereka tidak mengendahkan, tiada apa yang dilakukan. Bilik itu bersih, tetapi katilnya sangat keras. Pada hari ke-2 saya, belakang saya terasa agak sakit kerana tidur tilam/bantal ini, tetapi ia selesa untuk berehat, agak, tiada sebarang bunyi. Sarapan pagi adalah hebat, biasanya layan diri dan masih kurang minda perkhidmatan. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, semuanya ok. Mengenai pantai di bahagian hadapan, saya tidak dapat memberitahu begitu banyak kerana kami tidak menikmatinya di sana, tetapi kami memutuskan untuk mengadakan makan malam ulang tahun kami di luar.

If they can spend more service it will be a much nicer resort. Really appreciate the location and the environment, and the private beach, and also the villa area. But… Can’t say the room is dirty but dusty; The grumpy face of an old woman in reception is worst in Thailand ever, I couldn’t understand why she is here if she doesn’t like her job or welcome the guest; The breakfast was included but the food is not good enough to wake me up so if I have a choice I will not pay for it; The price is good, so if u don’t care about these, it’s still a worth to go.
