"The hotel location is good but the service needs to be improved much.The bedsheet had a hole in it,like it was teared and when I asked about jt theu told us all their bedding was old.I said.it is fine if it is older but the hole is not acceptable.Finally,they chenged the sheets without apology.The hotel has a restaurant and small swimming.pool which is nice,there are also chairs to lay on by the pool..Staff training.is.needed and.management has to think about investing in new bedding for sure."

SStitchieThe overall atmosphere of the place gives off a relaxing, chill resort vibe. The lobby was welcoming, and the reception staff were all very friendly. You’ll definitely feel a touch of nature throughout the stay. However, do note that certain areas could use a bit of maintenance, and the rooms aren't soundproof—you might hear birds or even the toilet flushing from nearby rooms at night.
The view is lovely, though the sea view was blocked by trees, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service team was excellent—warm, attentive, and cheerful. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where the people shine more than the facilities. Well done to all the staff!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very pleasant stay for three nights. The staff provided excellent service, always smiling and very polite.
However, getting back to the room requires taking three elevators, which may not be very convenient for guests with limited mobility. That said, the hotel does provide a shuttle service to take you to the appropriate floor.
The location is convenient, as it’s just a short walk to a lively street.
The breakfast was average and not particularly impressive.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

PPengguna TetamuWe really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Restaurant had good breakfast and lunch options.
We had a Mountain View room (lovely view) which was in fact a connecting room (adjoining locked door) which was a little awkward as you can hear your neighbours very clearly, maybe something to note on your booking if this is something you wouldn’t like.
The pool area was very well maintained, pool staff are happy to remove towels if people have reserved sunbeds with no intention of returning soon. Making it fair for everyone. The only downside for us was that the pool sunbeds are limited in our opinion and pool is relatively small (which also connects to the swim up rooms) again, if you are considering booking a swim up room, this may mean you don’t have a protected area as it adjoins to the public pool.
We were out and about on trips and beach days so the pool lounger availability didn’t bother us.
Overall we are happy and would return if we visited the area again!

The gym is terrible. All the glass is dirty. The view is beautiful, but there is so much dirt that you can barely see outside. What are you doing with the money you charge? Invest in new gym equipment — the facilities are falling apart.
The same applies to the bicycles: very old and poorly maintained. There are many 5-star hotels that charge one-third of what you charge and deliver far more.
There is no proper program for children. The hotel hosts many families, yet there are no staff or monitors organizing activities for kids. The hotel clearly needs a major upgrade.
I also believe the photos on the website do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel.
On the positive side, the staff are very helpful, and dinner was acceptable. That said, during the five days we stayed at the hotel, I only ate there once — because the restaurants near the hotel are excellent and cost about one-third of the price.
For example, I paid 120 baht for a Corona in Phi Phi, while the same beer at the hotel cost 360 baht. That’s not just expensive — the prices inside the hotel are simply unreasonable.

Only kids club everything with charge fee if you don’t pay money kids a lone inside just play herself we didn’t see any free activity just this is not good but they really friendly and polite we satisfied and we were happy with the hotel amenities. Kami menghabiskan seminggu di resort Amari vogue dan kami sangat gembira dengan pilihan kami! Kakitangan sangat baik, membantu dengan semua yang kami minta untuk menjadikan pengalaman ini seselesa mungkin! Ia adalah tempat yang sangat tenang yang dibina dengan seni bina Thai yang sangat bersih dan bilik kami yang dinaik taraf adalah besar dan mempunyai semua peralatan yang diperlukan untuk membuatkan kami berasa hebat.
Sarapan pagi mempunyai hidangan Eropah dan Asia dan setiap hari mereka mempunyai pilihan yang berbeza. Yang menghairankan, terdapat kedai Starbucks di dalamnya juga! Kami makan malam 4 kali di restoran pantai Marcos dan makanannya sangat lazat.
Resort ini membantu kami juga menempah bot ekor panjang untuk melawat pulau-pulau di seberang.
Sesungguhnya, sukar untuk mencari perkara negatif dalam penginapan kami. Mungkin bagi sesetengah orang mereka tidak akan berasa selesa dengan banyak tangga tetapi anda cepat terbiasa dengannya.
Berhampiran resort tidak ada kedai dan anda perlu meminta penerimaan tetamu untuk menempah kereta untuk membawa anda ke AoNang, bandar terdekat yang mempunyai semua barangan yang diperlukan, pasar, restoran, farmasi dll. Jaraknya kira-kira 20 minit. Terdapat pilihan untuk menyewa motosikal juga.

VVery Curious ApeBalcony view from every Deluxe room is quite different, depending on which building you are assigned to during check in. Some face the smaller pool, some have distant sea view, some face small shrubs while some face tree branches and the worst are those that face a brown stagnant pond. So despite the Deluxe room description in Trip.com stating ”seaview”, you need good luck to get this view (only a few Deluxe rooms on the upper floors have sea-view in reality).
A lot of squirrels in the hotel arounds and they are often bold enough to jump onto the balconies and hand railings - make sure you keep all your doors closed!
Location is excellent - close to everywhere you would tend to go to: main street for food and shopping, Ao Nang Beach and the long-tail boat departure points to Railay beach

PPengguna TetamuI really loved it here. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good, not a lot choices but everything was tasty. I really loved the fact that the manager walked around and talked to guests about their stay. Pool was huge and we loved it. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Location was quite distant but they offered a free shuttle rides to main street and beach. One thing: i didn’t like that the fishes were fed with bread by the hotel employees, buy them some fish feed :)
