"POSITIVES Location of Hotel is fabulous, close to the Port with many restaurants nearby. Our room view was spectacular. The receptionist was lovely. The breakfast lady and cleaner were very friendly and helpful. The older barman was very accommodating also. NEGATIVES We needed to wear a raincoat when turning on the basin vanity tap. Water everywhere. The shower head clearly needs replacing as the water goes in every direction except onto you. The whole room needs a proper thorough detailed clean to remove dust in curtains under bed and in vent screen. The Sour Rude young man with the man bun at the front of house waiting, needs an attitude check or some proper training in customer service. Also the thin girl with dark hair and tattoo's. ( Obviously trained by him) You will never get tips with your behaviour!"

"We had a great experience at Yayaki very recently. I had known the island a few years ago and wanted to return in a place "at home" where I could visit the island with trust, care and best advise from a local team! this is the best (and quite unique) place in Spetses to feel so comfortable while still with "Greek belonging". Kark, Hannah and the staff (great staff! both for cleaning, cocktail making or just chatting :-)) are great listeners and always find a solution. The breakfasts are perfectly balanced (i miss the greek yogourt in a glass pot already), the bar attendance till 11:00pm is really nice, the pool vegetation absolutely lovely. The low number of rooms make it a quieter and more confidential space where you can interact like home. I would recommend to go for the suites to get the nicest opening to the pool and city (and sea!) as they have terrace and large balconies. Yayaki is perfectly located, walking distance from the old harbour, from the new Port with shopping area and 10min walk from Paradise nearest beach. All in top experience, thank you team for hosting us and see you next year!"

"We loved Orloff Resort, such friendly people who work with love and passion. They arrange everything for you from restaurants to bike rental. The location is super, a 5 minute walk to the old Harbour and just a 3 minute cycle to the beach. We stayed at the Old Mansion with our family which was just perfect for us. Each child had their own fully airconditioned room, daily cleaning and breakfast served in the mansion on request. After staying there for 2 weeks we wanted to stay another 2 months. We had such an amazing and relaxing time."
