Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Split

We had a lovely four-night stay at this hotel, tucked away in the Diocletian Palace. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was very good indeed. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve had anywhere, and we’ve tried a fair few! We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and hopefully we’ll be back!

The apartment building is in the old town just opposite the Silver Gate and harbors different owners. La Porta is on the 4th floor (no Lift), 78 steps up. Parking is not that easy, but the extremely friendly and helpful Tony waited for us at a nearby parking area (15 euros per day) and brought us up to the apartment in a little electric vehicle. The room is nicely decorated, new and modern. There is a fridge and a water cooker. Two separate beds and a table. It is very quiet.

Really pleased with our choice of Peric Apts. Got shuttle bus from airport to town then 15 min walk to apartment (fom bus station rather than 40 euro taxi for 2km journey. Met by Josip who is a real star, so friendly ( the cold beer was much appreciated and as it was a public holiday he gave us a carton of milk !). Also v informative re best swimming areas , view point of the town etc. Apt v nice and had all we needed for the price. Town an easy 10 min walk away. I would say Split in August is v hot and vv busy but if you like that ... We would def come back (end of Sept next time).

Bilik yang sangat bagus dan besar, dengan pemandangan indah di dataran tengah. kakitangan sangat baik dan bermanfaat. kerana hotel ini sangat kecil (tingkat atas bangunan - setiap tingkat mempunyai hotel yang berbeza), tidak ada restoran hotel. untuk sarapan pagi, anda mendapat baucar untuk restoran ”bokeria” yang berdekatan, yang juga bagus. sarapannya enak, terutama telur rebus Dalmatian. lokasi hotel tidak mungkin lebih baik - betul-betul di pusat bandar lama, semua pemandangan hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki. hotel ini berada di zon pejalan kaki, tetapi jika anda melakukan perjalanan dengan barang berat, mereka boleh mengatur untuk membawa anda sangat dekat dengan hotel (dengan kereta golf). walaupun terletak di pusat, jika tingkap ditutup, anda tidak akan mendengar bunyi bising. Saya sangat dapat mengesyorkan harta tanah ini kepada sesiapa sahaja yang berminat untuk mengunjungi bandar lama Split. Saya harap dapat kembali suatu hari nanti.

Struttura con camere rinnovate in posizione buona se si ha la macchina. A piedi per il centro e’ un po’ lunghetta. La sensazione generale e’ che siano in fase organizzativa, essendo aprile. Ci sta. Si nota una necessità di pulizia maggiore in tutti lo stabile. L’accoglienza e’ anche gentile ma da personale probabilmente ancora inesperto. Nessuna informazione che vada oltre al dare le chiami e portare al piano. Stanza carina con angolo cottura, ma mancano pentole e un minimo di microonde. Molto lontani comunque dalle foto che si vedono qui. Molto. La colazione la prima mattina l’hanno bucata. Arrivati in saletta, non c’era quasi nulla. Scatta la lamentela, perché in un 4 stelle non può succedere. Mattina successiva meglio, ma ancora non da 4 stelle. Vabbè, sarà che e’ aprile. Carino il parco giochi adiacente, per chi viaggia con bimbi. Il posto ha potenzialità, se trovano personale e lo formano bene hanno ottime carte da giocarsi.

We only stayed at House Sandra for one night but really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. It’s a 10 minute walk to the old town / tourist area - far enough away to be out of the noise of the town but easily close enough to walk in and out. There is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk and a nice pizza restaurant just 2 minutes walk away. The room we had was on the top floor. (A bit tricky taking a large, heavy suitcase up the stairs to the entrance hall and again to the main room - but you only have to do it once). The room was really spacious with a fridge, coffee machine, and some plates and cutlery. It had good air conditioning and the TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime installed (although you need your own account details). There was also a large sofa which could easily sleep another person. The bathroom was also a good size - it had a shower but no bath. Everything was spotless. I can’t think of anything bad / negative to say about House Sandra.

Love its location. It’s very convenient to walk to the Old Town and also has a convenience store just round the corner. Service by the reception was also top notch. He could see us through the camera while we were parking. And since it’s raining, he came out with umbrellas for us. Loved it!
