Good location near shoping mall and bus station.

I originally booked 3 nights accommodation, but thankfully needed to check out a day early (still waiting on my refund for the third night and hoping it's simply a case of banking delays, trusting it to come through). This motel is in a pretty dodgy area. The courtyard behind the room is not private and can be accessed by anyone, as is what happened on the first night. I could hear people walking by the glass sliding door (it's gravel, so very noisy). I did not feel safe. I awoke early the next morning and caught them attempting to get into my car. As a lone female traveler, this was extremely disconcerting. Their website explicitly states that wifi is an included facility, yet upon checking in, the booklet in the room states ”Due to poor internet connectivity, we do not advertise that we have free wifi. Staff will not tolerate abuse”. I literally booked this motel because it stated that wifi was available and I have a business to run. Very disappointing. Check in is stated for 2pm, yet I received a text message at 1.30pm that they were closing up for the day so I needed to pick my keys up from a lockbox. When I did need to call and speak to reception, they were closed and I got the afterhours line, they didn't really know what they were doing and just told me the morning staff would sort it out (this was for checking out a day early). As someone who worked in hotels for 2 years on the front desk, an early check out is something ANYONE answering the phone, afterhours or not, needs to know. Lastly, the room smellt of cigarettes and there were literal holes in the sheets. About the size of pencil in diameter. Very poor stay overall. Would not go back.

I recently stayed at the Soho Hotel Brisbane from January 3rd to January 4th, 2024, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process went smoothly; the staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. Overall, it was a delightful stay at the Soho Hotel Brisbane.

Persekitaran ok, bilik agak kemas, lampu bilik air agak malap, meja penyambut tetamu 24 jam, perkhidmatan ok, ada tempat letak kereta tetapi kerana kami tidak memandu, kami tidak Maklumlah, tiada pemandangan kerana terdapat bangunan tinggi di sekeliling, tetapi di bawahnya terdapat restoran dan pasar raya yang lazat. Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke jalan komersial dalam masa 10 minit. Banyak kedai termasuk kedai mewah, restoran, bar. Ia juga merupakan hotel yang disyorkan. I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

I stayed here for 6 nights for a training course nearby. I was impressed overall. Room was clean, wifi was very fast with a strong signal and the room relatively was quiet, despite being near a busy main road. Rooms included a pod coffee machine too, with coffee pods free of charge from reception. Walking distance from Rocklea railway station (which is temporarily closed but has stationlink buses to to the next station up the line). Only minor quibble was that reception was sometimes closed earlier than the published hours. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed here to access the city and had a long walk along the river and up a very steep climb to the top to get to the Hotel lugging my bags and cameras walking from the station. Room was a short space bigger than a double bed with a very tiny bathroom and shower. I liked the jug and tea and coffee but missed having a window. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and it was adequate for an overnight stopover. There is a bus stop almost opposite and the views from the cliffs across the road are amazing

Travelling to BNE every 15 days and I used to stay in the CDB, even when attending some conferences in BCEC. Due to a last minute booking, I ended-up at the Novotel few months ago, and this place is officially my new HOME when in town. Clean and tidy very modern quiet rooms, 100m walk from exhibitions halls (thanks to a shortcut at the back), with a 24/7 accessible parking (you can get in and out easily), this place is super convenient. You are just next door to all what Southbank has to offer and a short walk distance (or scooter ride) to the CDB (pedestrian bridge over the river) Staff are young and efficient, smiling all day. ACCOR Motto btw. Last but no least, you stay far from the noisy students/backpackers nightlife + trains / highway of downtown. After all, even if you are in Bris-Vegas, you came here for a rest!

Secara keseluruhan, penginapan yang baik, di lokasi pusat yang baik. Kami mengalami kesukaran untuk membuat penghawa dingin berfungsi dengan baik dan bilik mandi agak kotor. Terdapat juga kekurangan maklumat tentang cara menggunakan internet, TV atau kemudahan.
