Cari Hotel 4-Star di Nagoya

Booked a three-night stay here and had a wonderful time! The hotel is clean and is located right in the heart of Sakae, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on any future visits to Nagoya.

We stayed here 8 years ago and my kids still love the bunk bed. The breakfast session wasn't that crowded during summer holiday. We have forgot our power bank in the room after checking out, and the staff was very helpful and found it after I have contacted them by email! Thank you very much, really appreciated it.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

A great stay at Nagoya Gold.  Room is really big for the 5 of us. A plus point is the coffee capsule machine n distilled water dispenser in our room.  There is also a shopping street nearby. For those who drove, the carpark is just next to the hotel. U can claim ¥500 from the hotel. The only shortcoming is that there is no telephone in the room so u need to go down to speak to the counter staff.

I had a great stay at Minn Station Ai Nagoya! The rooms were surprisingly spacious — much larger than many city hotels in Nagoya — which made it really comfortable, especially for longer stays or if you’re travelling with luggage. The hotel has a very modern design and feel, with clean, stylish interiors and up-to-date facilities throughout. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed — from a comfortable bed and good lighting to convenient storage and a well-appointed bathroom. Everything felt thoughtfully placed and easy to use. One of the best things about this property is the convenience factor: there’s a Family Mart right on the ground floor, which was super handy for quick snacks, drinks, or late-night essentials without having to walk around after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, Minn Station Ai Nagoya offers spacious, modern rooms with every amenity you need — plus the bonus of a convenience store right below. Great choice for both short trips and longer stays in Nagoya!

wonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins. The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one. A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Service We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The service was also very good, and the female staff members were especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be providing daily skincare/toiletry kits in the lobby, as these were not always readily available. Overall, the staff were professional and attentive. Although one young male staff member with wavy hair seemed a bit reserved at times, it did not affect our experience, and everything was handled smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants around the hotel but it is not near the station exactly. The hotel parking is limited but there is a multi-story carpark right next to the hotel. Do ask the hotel front desk for hotel rate if parking at the multi-story.

We had a really nice stay at KOKO Hotel. The room was small, which is quite normal in Japan, but it was very comfortable, clean, and well organized. Everything felt practical and easy to use. The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also had the feeling of a proper, well-run hotel, but for a very good price, which made it feel like great value. The shower was also very good, with hot water and strong water pressure. After long days outside, it was a really nice place to come back to and rest. Overall, it is a simple but very comfortable hotel, clean, convenient, and pleasant for spending a few nights. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a good-value stay.

Lokasinya sangat berfaedah. Keluar dari Stesen Kereta Api Pusat Meitetsu, belok ke kanan dan kemudian ke pusat beli-belah bawah tanah Sunroad Berjalan terus sehingga anda melihat sesuatu di bawah but dan belok ke kanan jantung. Belok kiri dan kemudian sebelah pintu masuk kedai pencuci mulut herba bertentangan dengan lif yang menghala terus ke hotel. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah katilnya agak keras dan belakang saya sakit selepas tidur selama 12 jam.
