Hotel berhampiran Drift- & Underhållsvaruhuset i Sverige AB, Stockholm

Lokasinya OK, berhampiran stesen kereta bawah tanah, pasar raya, beberapa restoran dan kedai kopi, ia berada di kawasan perindustrian. Terdapat juga gim panjat tebing dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Saya bekerja dari bilik: pencahayaannya bagus, kelajuan wifi cukup pantas, kerusi dan meja selesa. Ia juga mempunyai ruang yang cukup untuk menyimpan barang anda. Pada waktu malam itu mungkin sedikit bising kerana terdapat lebuh raya berdekatan, tetapi tidak ada yang mengganggu. Sarapan juga OK. Kakitangan membantu dan sopan.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, with a long walk to public transport. Our room on the 6th floor was dirty and had a terrible smell, like a room where someone was smoking for many years. Because of that, we had to keep the windows open for 3 days. The view is at a warehouse where trucks are coming to get loaded starting at 3am and ending at 10pm. There is a terrible noise outside. Breakfast is less than basic, it was difficult to find anything eatable. Wifi is not reliable, always disconnecting. The only plus of the hotel is that it's cheap.

We liked it very much, large, clean room, large, bright windows, curtains and drapes for the present light, very effective mirrors, comfortable temperature, efficient ventilation, I don't know when it was built but everything looks new. All services are superlative. Kind staff, always smiling, everywhere, reception, restaurant, breakfast. The connection with the city center is very fast, with a lot of trains, in 10-15 minutes, with 40, 41, 42, 43, etc. Also, last but not least, I think it is the best price in town. If we have another chance, we will stay here again when we go to Stockholm.

Hotel, staff was great! Just that the surrounding area got some construction ongoing currently. It's about 2 train stops away from Stockholm Central, also walkable if you don't mind walking for 30mins.

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

Everything was excellent other than I had to pay for my accommodation on arrival in spite of paying when I made my booking? Something I will check with my bank on return home!

The staff who checked me in was obviously not in the mood, her attitude was not professional at all. Overall hotel was pretty good

Brillant Location, fascinating hotel interior concept with a camping atmosphere. The design language of the hotel is everywhere. Since its an ”affordable luxury” quantity business modell the rooms are scaled to the minimum maximum. If its fully booked the very good breakfast shifts into a factory atmosphere. We were very pleased - we discovered Stockholm almost by walking only. Despite of the darkness because of dimmed light inside and the flaws - would book it again.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

A marvellous hotel with mordern infrastructure . Its literally next to the Urisksdal railway station ( 1 minute walk ). Breakfast was marvellous , dinner at the hotel was perfect . The pool was not working duting our visit , it was under some maintanance but we had the chance to use the sauna ( at an extra cost) and it was fantastic . I would definitely recommend .
