The hotel is very peaceful and very pleasant. In general, I don't write reviews, but a large part of the staff constantly asked us how we were. We evaluated the hotel based on a survey, probably made by the hotel management. Bravo for this idea, as they can very easily have a general idea. We are satisfied with everything!

We were very pleased with the hotel. Friends told me about this hotel and I trusted. There are good drinks at the bars. In the a la carte restaurant they cook very tasty. Every single person from the staff is extremely kind and smiling. It was a wonderful holiday.

This is our first time visiting the hotel. We were two families. I am quite satisfied with the hotel. As for 4 stars, it's completely great. The food is varied, you can eat something every day. Especially with my whole family, we eat very healthy and there are many good dishes. The animation is also up to par. The children had fun at the children's disco.

We have just returned from a week staying in Asteria and was not really sure what to expect after reading the reviews. Firstly, the accommodation was basic but great. We are a family of 5 so finding suitable accommodation for us can be challenging. We felt like we had enough room, the cleaners were in everyday and we were constantly topped up with bottled water and cans of Pepsi. The food was varied and we could always find something to eat that catered to all of us. The restaurant is busy but we always found a table and had the occasional hunt for cutlery. Sunbeds can be a challenge. Not really sure what was happening but I think people were putting towels out before they went to bed. The hotel could do with getting on top of that really as we don’t mind getting up early to get a sunbed spot but by the last day we were getting up as early as 6am and all the beds were pretty much taken 🤦🏼‍♀️ The resort itself is lively but had a good atmosphere. We stayed in the hotel a lot, but did venture out to the bars some nights. Cocktails are pretty much always two for one so bear that in mind if you are trying to be steady on your drinks 🤣 Lastly, the bar staff were outstanding and my favourite part of the whole stay. They couldn’t do enough for us and they really did make our whole experience. They were attentive, funny and engaging and we developed a lovely rapport with them whilst we were there. For me, they are the reason we would go back. They were just fab.

I arrived on 06.08.2024, and from the first contact with the hotel, I realized that something was wrong, and the long-awaited vacation will be a big disappointment. I want to inform you that although I paid for a junior suite apartment, I received a double room instead. But I have vb with myself and I encouraged myself, saying in my mind "keep kalm". The food was a disaster (and I'm not pretentious), the dessert was dusty, for 1 week it was the same type of food, like mackerel, cream soups, fried potatoes, a kind of second course food. I'm positive about alcohol. The beach bar? But which bar? It's a bar that offers beer by the glass, juices, still or mineral water, some kind of coffee and that's about it. The one sitting in the parking lot behind the reception is a very arrogant kid, he only says what he wants, he answers questions in a hurry. A disaster holiday in every way, we will never return to this hotel! It is a 2/3 star hotel.

The Hotel as building its ok but the staff/employees in the bars, restaurants, reception, entertainment and parking are the best that I met - young, open mind, multi language speakers, joke orientated (best thing) and fast in serving. At the Living Room bar (its the bar were you stay the most hours because its at the pool) are some guys which I want to say a BIG THANKS to Hasan the Turkey guy from Nessebar, Didi Maskava i believe, Martin Steicher the german from Nessebar, Pavel, Hrisi, Alexandra the Trainer of the day and her colleague the Mc/DJ/Trainer - all of them energic and nice people. The only thing that I like to pint out is that at the beach bar is only one person that is giving everything all the day, but, due to the fact that she is only one for hundreds of guests you need to wait there more than 15 min for some juice, beer or wather.

Food - amazing, location - top, staff - sweet as the punch. The hotel is a pure oasis in the heart of Sunny beach. There is also beach service included. And the a la carte restaurant is a delight for all senses. I am simply amazed that such luxury is available at such reasonable price.

Very big room, very clean, good food and nice pool, recommended for families, friendly staff, fun animation team, short distance to beach, there is a big slide for children, a lot of food, bar is always open, mini-bar în room, the games on the consoles
