Very good place to go to hot springs! We enjoyed the hot springs a lot in the winter holiday. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing (and huge) bathroom. Checkin desk is friendly and helpful and speaks English. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has Chinese food as well as some Western choices like croissants, bacon, coffee, toast, and other normal breakfast foods like yogurt, fruit, etc. They started putting food away at 9:50 though, so don’t wait until last minute to go grab some breakfast. There’s not a lot close to it though, and restaurant in hotel is friendly and obliging, but expensive. Good place to stay!

設施：房間非常好 陽台能看見太湖 房間設備與用品都很好。特別是洗漱用品都很高端，有停車場可以自駕過去。 衞生：衞生超級乾淨 是奶油風格 房間很大。 環境：環境應該在太湖名宿中數一數二的。 服務：服務也很好 有私人管家 我們有三個人 送了三份下午茶 三份早餐 晚上還有甜湯 還有送入住水果有需要及時給我們解決。 和朋友出行可以拍美美的照片 體驗感真的很好。

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was super clean and it smelled soooo good. The hotel staff was very friendly, attentive and responsive! Shout outs to Charlie who was super helpful and nice, we also got a free upgrade on our room at the front desk and late checkout! Super nice! The area is very scenic and the lake view and sunset views are amazing! The buffet was also good but need more western options , the chinese food was great ! Would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

At the time of reservation, the site confirmed the room with a bathtub in the photo and booked it, but the room actually booked was a completely different room. Upon arrival, I found out that I had to pay extra to use the room. It was a scam. And considering that I paid an extra amount and waited for two hours to clean the room, I feel that the work was not done well. I liked all the other facilities and services in the hotel. However, I really want to sue for being scammed by this site when making a reservation. 预定的时候，网站确认了照片中有浴缸的房间就预定了，但实际预定的房间是完全不同的房间。 抵达后，我发现我必须支付额外费用才能使用房间。 这是一个骗局。 并且考虑到我多付了钱，等了两个小时才打扫房间，感觉工作没有做好。 我喜欢酒店的所有其他设施和服务。 但是，我真的很想起诉在预订时被这个网站骗了。

There were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

I love ld the Chinese style room decor yet not looking tacky, huge and very clean. The hot spring pools were definitely the highlight and we went everyday we stayed here. Service was also fantastic. We did not try the restaurant at the hotel (apart from the breakfast), there are many options around, pretty convenient location!

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

一次很温暖的入住體驗。適逢假期，一路擁堵，抵達酒店時已疲憊不堪，酒店管家小楊無微不至的幫着拎行李辦理入住。考慮到我們的實際情況，幫我們的房間進行了免費升級，送了歡迎水果，可愛的小象憨態可掬的立在床頭，一切都那麼如沐春風。推開露台的門，太湖美景盡收眼底，浩渺的氣息，讓人瞬時放空。衹是老媽有點恐高，小楊得知後，又幫我們調整到了一樓私湯房。服務人員上上下下跟着不厭其煩的忙着，一樓的清潔人員打掃的一塵不染。賓至如歸，就是這樣的體驗吧。非常感謝小楊，那個笑容暖心，服務貼心，做事用心的業者，專業、敬業。贊酒店的管理和服務。早餐也不錯。下次還會選擇。謝謝了

Stunning scenery! Extremely Peaceful, I loved it! Something was wrong with the private hot-spring tub in my room. They didn’t handle it well at first, but we eventually came to an amicable solution. It was a pleasant experience nonetheless. I’d definitely go back just for the scenery.
