老闆熱情友好，人很實在，提供了出色的服務。房間整潔舒適，床鋪柔軟，確保了良好的睡眠質量。酒店的設施齊全，性價比高，就在湖邊，景色宜人。酒店位置便利，交通方便離地鐵口很近，也有停車場，周邊還有許多餐廳和景點。總體而言，我對這次入住非常滿意，強烈推薦這家酒店。

The hotel is in a pleasant and retired area, about 15 minutes walk from the closest metro station, of the new Suzhou - Huaqiao line. The rooms are clean and silent. There weren't many people during the weekend there. They didn't have the kitchen open so they brought breakfast from a restaurant nearby. The food was enough. The service was good overall.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

房間乾淨明亮，服務態度很好，周邊吃喝玩樂都有，離陽澄湖和華誼影視城很近，附近夜市好吃的也挺多，還有機器人，點外賣備註上房間號，機器人就送到房門口了，挺好的，很方便。

和朋友來蘇州玩的！第一次住派酒店感覺酒店衞生很乾凈！東西也很齊全～工作人員都很隨和！環境超棒！位置也方便周圍都是吃的喝的玩的！是一次不錯的蘇州之旅～下次還來哦🥹

酒店離2号線騎河站不遠 打車10元.酒店內部很乾淨、房間也很寬敞、还裝設了小僕機器管家、蠻現代科技感的、有機器人可以送餐、点外賣很方便、酒店外可觀看廣擴的濕地生態景點、風景優美、性價比高、推薦.

酒店衞生保潔做得可以。房間在4-6樓。周圍一圈和地下車庫，車位充足。 一樓周邊就是商圈，超市，麪點，小吃，餐飲，生鮮，理髮文具店等配套店面。 衞生間洗澡5秒後出熱水，洗澡舒服。 更重要的事，對面步行過馬路，兩邊有別墅區，5分鐘後就是陽澄湖邊新建生態園林綠化帶，環境不錯。週末釣魚很多人，白條10元一斤，值得買。 酒店願意推薦，價格經濟實惠，又安靜。

酒店前台的服務態度一直非常好 入住時小姐姐主動端來了歡迎茶水 帶領選擇了喜歡的房間 還主動指引了早餐廳方向 介紹了酒店的設施和包廂 三樓的空中花園佈置的也很温馨 房間裏面智能化電視和窗簾 顯得很高檔 特別是客廳的電視機很大 空調舒適 枕頭被套也非常柔軟 房間採光也棒 早餐種類多 很這次入住總的來説十分完美 有求必應
