Hotel berhampiran Mudu Shopping Mall, Suzhou

酒店就在古鎮裏面 附近有停車場 步行幾分鐘即可。 房間還可以，挺乾淨的，老闆也挺熱情的，有問題都能及時處理。 不足的就是 朋友住的那間熱水實在太慢了，放了很久才有點暖還不算很熱，大人倒無所謂，小朋友洗澡後面乾脆在我們房間洗了，然後他們房間內也沒有空調，不過還好有個取暖器 最重要的是！隔音效果實在不行 隔壁説話聲音，夜間入住樓上的走樓梯聲音 房間內走路聲音都聽的一清二楚，搞笑的是 早晨住客下來的聲音真的像滾下來的一樣咚咚咚😂😂😂反正就是聲音挺大的 還好睡得晚醒得早又是自然醒 如果碰到睡眠淺的估計不太行。 但是整個環境説實話還是可以的。 評論衹是個人觀點 僅供參考 還是要自己入住體驗

出差來蘇州這邊培訓、正好離目的地不是很遠，在攜程上預訂的，預訂操作流程很快，酒店這邊確認也很快。 因為我們抵達的不是很早，備註了需要的房型，酒店也特地留了，很貼心。 入住的時候還告知了一些周邊的環境、商業～ 整個酒店也是很温馨，位置也很好找，房間也比較大，兩個人住比較舒服～

Ini kali pertama saya dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Suzhou, saya secara khusus memilih Atour, yang dibuka pada tahun 2024, di Ctrip sikap kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat baik. Saya sering menginap di hotel dalam perjalanan perniagaan, dan dengan harga kurang daripada 600, Atour ini pastinya yang terbaik.

Hotel jest dobrze zorganizowany , przyjemna obsługa, bardzo pomocna.typowe bardzo zdrowe chińskie śniadanie , bardzo urozmaicone , smaczne , można się najeść na cały dzień. Cisza w nocy o możliwość zakupu jedzenia na straganach. Bardzo blisko do stacji metra

The location was great because it was right next to a subway exit and across the street from a shopping centre.

The hotel is in a great location in Suzhou because the subway station is just block away. The subway entrance is besides a big shopping mall, which has restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel has free breakfast and gym to workout. Yes, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

Stayed here previously. Good location next to Huai Hai street and between 2 metro stations. Recommend for good price and surrounding areas.

The hotel is quite new and is well located next to a major shopping center in Suzhou's ”new”er district. Check in was quite smooth and staff at front desk is very helpful. The room was well appointed but slightly disappointed at the slightly small-ish living space due to the large bathroom, a smaller than expected walk-in closet with little room for suitcase and lack of larger/second sofa in the room which made lounging a bit more difficult in the room. The room was otherwise comfortable with curtain wall glazing allowing good light penetration, the bedding is good with most IHG products, and the bathroom is comfortable with a large egg-shell type bathtub with excellent view outside. I am slightly disappointed with the breakfast, which although had most of what is on offer at most 5 star hotel, is a very self service affair even with coffee. I found the breakfast selection slightly below average and the western offering is slightly below par (The hotel is mainly forcused for domestic visitors and without international TV offerings) but I have a higher expectation for a five star hotel. The breakfast feels more like a canteen than a five star hotel breakfast, and although quite relaxing it is a bit under serviced iimho. Overall it is a good hotel and well connected with conveinent access to metro. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well appointed. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities of the hotel but from what I gather they are quite well appointed as well. I would say the F&B at the hotel is a bit of a let-down and the room can benefit with larger living space.

新開的酒店，但是非常好找，就在科大對面。 環境: 整體建築看起來挺好看的，辦完入住後會穿過一個小庭院，可以散散步坐下吹吹風，環境不錯。從房間的落地窗看外面，入目很多綠樹，遠處藍天白雲青山，美不勝收。 入住: 整體房間面積比較大，還有一個島台可以放東西，會客區和睡眠區分開的正好，會客區在落地窗旁看書，累了就朝外看一眼，很放鬆。 睡眠的話，整體舒適度較好，床比較軟，深度睡眠時間長，雖然中央空調有點聲音，但不影響睡眠，房間外面聲音幾乎聽不到。 服務質量: 前台辦理入住很快，同時通情達理，微笑服務，給人體感很棒！ 整體來看，入住體驗很好，有機會下次還來。
