Hotel berhampiran State University Science Park， Xi'an Jiaotong University, Suzhou

Stayed here whilst on quick business trip in Suzhou. Hotel is fine, clean and conveniently located. Thank you 小乔 and her colleagues at the reception for their welcome and good service.

Was in the hotel for a meeting. Everything is good. Clean, spacious, good food, nice facilities and good surrounding areas. Jay Zhang helped me to book a taxi smoothly.

快離開才拍了照有點凌亂了房間。 設施：這家裝修是附近酒店裡麪比較新的，價格也比周圍合適很多。房間空間大舒適，平常需要做簡單一些日常鍛鍊的房間空間也夠。週末有考試，真的這環境讓我複習的很專注。床和枕頭也都很舒適，空調也很給力，太愛除濕後在製冷了。夏天的話它有小冰箱非常適合放一些吃喝東西保存。 環境：安靜度很高，周邊餐飲外賣還是很多選擇的，走一段路超市地鐵都很方便。以及這附近因為距離到一些地點比較遠有共享電動車的停放點還是很方便的大家可以自行搜下這個牌子。 服務：工作人員都很負責熱心。 衞生：很乾凈，酒店提供的洗漱類用品使用感都可以。

酒店整體蘇州園林風格，小朋友超級喜歡這種古色古香的風格，庭院很大，還給娃們提供了魚食餵魚。管家小姐姐晶晶温柔貼心，幫忙預訂了免費的下午茶。酒店整體環境非常好，離斜塘古街超級近，雨中體會了北京感受不到的煙雨江南。另外着重感謝下沈師傅，小朋友把電話手錶掉到了餵魚池子裏，沈師傅還特意下水幫忙撈手錶，十分感謝！小朋友畫了一半的樹，帶回北京再完成吧✅

酒店好評:一次難忘的住宿體驗 我最近在一家酒店度過了一段美好的時光，這裏的好評不僅僅是因為它的設施完善，更因為它提供了一種賓至如歸的感覺。從一開始的接待到結束的送別，每一個細節都體現了酒店對客人的尊重和關懷。 酒店的優點首先體現在它的服務上。工作人員熱情友好，總是面帶微笑，無論是解答問題還是提供幫助，他們都做得非常專業。房間的清潔度也是一大亮點，每天都會有專人進行打掃，確保房間的整潔舒適。 其次，酒店的設施也非常人性化。房間內配備了多種便利設施，如免費Wi-Fi、電視、空調等，滿足了我在旅途中的各種需求。早餐種類豐富，既有當地特色，也有國際美食，滿足了不同口味的需求。 總體來説，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，都達到了很高的標準。我強烈推薦給那些尋找舒適住宿環境和優質服務的旅行者。如果有機會，我會再次選擇這家酒店。

跟朋友一塊出來住，還挺不錯的，房間規整採光不錯，周圍建築不是很密集，周邊環境視野開闊，有小市場買吃的吃飯比較方便，網上小管家有需要溝通起來很方便，服務便捷，房間內小器具配置齊全，自助洗衣房，提供免費停車券，設施完備，床鋪整潔，推薦推薦，支持[愉快][玫瑰]

This hotel is unexpectedly nice for the price. We were very comfortable and happy with our 5 night stay there. It’s not very convenient to restaurants, stores or attractions by foot, but a short taxi/didi ride brings you to the heart of Suzhou.

If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

It was another excellent stay. I got special discount for breakfast by Doris, Guest Services Manager, and extraordinary service from Jagger, Front Desk. All in all very good. looking forward to my next stay!
