Hotel Berlin dengan Kolam Renang

Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

Everything went smoothly — from booking to check-in and check-out. All the staff were friendly and responded quickly to everything. The room was spacious enough for a standard type. Some corners were not perfectly clean, but nothing too noticeable. Overall, everything was okay. Breakfast was also good and offered more variety than the average American breakfast at other hotels.

This stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a great layout and an amazingly cozy bed—l felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The staff were warm and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming throughout. I'd definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends.

Fantastic hotel and great rooms. Best breakfast and beautiful spa gym swimming area. A bit pricey specially at exhibition times.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The room is not that big but just nice. The breakfast was great but the same menu everyday. Thank you

Hotellet ligger langt fra Berlin C. Du skal med u-bahn næsten helt ud til det olympiske stadion. Området er fint med hyggelige spisesteder og shopping i området. Den ene receptionist virkede næsten fornærmet over, at vi havde fået opholdet så billigt. En mand med et lille overskæg, var fornærmet men ellers var alt personale venligt. Der var et lille mini køleskab på værelset til deres minibar Poolen koster 6 euro pr person pr dag at benytte og den er meget lille. Morgenmad på hotellet var en fin buffet hvor der ikke manglede noget. Hyggelig betjening. Edeka og REWE ligger tæt på sammen med Rossmann. Og du kan spise godt i området på fastfood stedet, hvor en pizza koster ca 10 euro og en doner 8 euro

The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.
