What a pleasant stay we had! Upon arrival, Costin, who checked us in promptly, made us feel comfortable and very welcomed. He understands our special need for a fragrance-free room due to our sensitivity to scents/chemicals. We got one on the higher floor, clean, spacious and nicely-decorated and has a beautiful city view! It had everything we need. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it. Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees. Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free. The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Paul is great kind and very professional , the staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful, I stayed here for 5 days with my friends and we had a great time. I definitely recommend to come for a nice vacation and to have a great time. Thank you very much and I will come back for sure!!!

Ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Ξενοδοχείο RAMADA PLAZA και ευελπιστούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε. Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογη, οι εγκαταστάσεις με όλες τις τεχνολογίες και καθαρές. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο με αρκετή ποικιλία επιλογών. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε το γυμναστήριο και το Vitality club για μασαζ, steam bath και σάουνα τα οποία απολαύσαμε. Ξεχωριστή νότα επίσης έδωσαν στις διακοπές μας και οι δύο μεγάλες πισίνες όπου περάσαμε αρκετές ώρες χαλάρωσης.

Truly great experience. Only thing to point is that the pool is an extra, you need to lay 10€/personne/day... Other than that, really nice !

The location of this hotel is great for closeness to the airport and the park, but not much else in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was a standard buffet. A pool, hot tub, and gym are also included. For an American the hot tub was more of a warm tub, but it was outdoors which was nice. The pool was fine. I didn't use the gym. The room was clean and nice. The AC was odd. I had to call the front desk every night to have them turn it on because the thermostat wouldn't let me turn it down myself. Room service was not the best. I ordered riom service and the man who brought it spilled it, dropped my drink, and then just picked it up and said it's fine. He left it on the little table which then got dirty from the spilled food. I left the lunch leftovers outside my door, went about my day and they were still there at almost midnight when I got back. I told the desk about it earlier but then called again to make sure it got picked up. Overall, fine for a business trip but not the greatest if you're a tourist.

Location is very good , for weekends it is the best , always recommend
