Hotel Mesra keluarga di Tainan

Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was a very grand and pleasant hotel. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree and they let us check in early. There were 38 floors which was impressive and the room was big and bright. The beds were comfy and the TV had YouTube and Netflix with many other channels. However, there was some dust on the cupboards and the sofa bed needed money to be turned into a bed. There were many food places near the hotel as well. But go to Anping, Garden night market or Da Tung night market need to take taxi. Overall, Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was enjoyable for my family.

價性比很高的台南飯店-家新飯店 平日有早餐，也有提供宵夜。 對面有專屬停車場，斜對角還有一個停車場， （記得要停對，緊鄰付費停車場） 不知道大家旅行，一家四口會找多少金額的旅店， 一般國旅我都習慣找3000-4000含早餐的飯店， 這間家新大飯店在網路上被歸類為價性比高的飯店， 我的居住體驗也是如此。 819平日四人房， 透過平台購買3000上下， 四人房空間， 浴室還有浴缸，備品味道也很香。 房間空間也大 我們入住的房間是503號房， 空間是我喜歡的格局， 沒有睡覺對鏡子，對廁所門的古怪設計，拉開窗簾， 就正對停車場。 採光很好。 四點入住，可以12點退房。 宵夜跟早餐，走麻雀雖小五臟具全路線， 有稀飯，擔子麵，沙拉，叉燒好吃。 早餐有水煮蛋，豆漿，牛奶，香腸，豬耳朵等選擇。 如果想找平價乾淨的旅店，這間很棒。 若要分享可以改進的地方，大概是房間空氣。 似乎中央空調類型，營業多年的旅店，都會有這種冷氣味道，對氣味不敏感的小女兒沒感覺， 她最滿意的是房間浴室有浴缸，泡30分鐘，非常開心。 對空氣味道很敏感的大女兒比較在意。 還好有室外窗，開窗通風後，房間的空氣感受比較好。 宵夜跟早餐以這樣的價格，還有供應這麼豐富的選擇。 推薦給想找價性比高的旅客。

這次因為家庭旅遊而入住，整體來說房間偏小，浴室更小。隔音並不是很良好，冷氣會對着床頭吹也不是很舒適。床鋪還算好睡但枕頭偏低棉被偏薄。此外停車場並不太足夠，雖然說可以停在海安路地下停車場，但這停車場晚上很難停到位置，而且走路還有一段路上上下下不太方便。

Fantastic stay at Silks Place, we particularly enjoyed the very spacious rooms, free fruits/tea in the room as well as the heated outdoor pool and the roomy gym.

It is a pleasant stay at the hotel. Very close to the highway #1. I will visit the hotel again when I come to Tainan.

The location from the attractions are quite accessible by walk except that the flower night market is away from the hotel. But by taxi it takes about 10 mins and also to the Tainan station. The staffs are very kind and the hotel is old but still the rooms were quite well maintained. The breakfast is okay but recommend to go down early otherwise there are not alot of food left. Overall, it was satisfying!

Arrived late at hotel. They told me supper was served at hotel restaurant (included in booking fee). Good spread of food and beverages. Room was spacious and clean but decor a bit dated (esp the bedside lamps) Service was helpful and attentive. Location quite far from Tainan HSR. Can take free shuttle bus and alight at Koxinga Shrine stop.

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

It is just next to the morning market and lots of eateries. Walking distance to many places
