We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

The rooms are very small and the walls are very thin. You can hear the other guests from the next room or even in the hallway very loudly. You can even hear the TV of the room when you’re walking in the hallway. Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

I chose the smallest room still with a view, what a surprise, normally based on the price I‘ll get a no-window room, K Hotel offers clean yet affordable accommodation with breakfast, TOTO washlet, minibar, SONY TV and functional AC. Good location close to Lin-sen road alley gourmet and Taipei Main Station around 8 mins by walks, with easy access to MRT Airport Line.

Good beds, spacious rooms (especially the bathroom) but old and damp place (with unpleasant smell). The breakfast was cold fries with hamburger (a bit strange) although they were prepared to change the breakfast for the next day but we had to leave before 8am. People at the reception were friendly and tried to accommodate , but when I asked to keep my luggage stored for a few days, it wasn't possible.

Short stay over 2022/2023 New Year holiday weekend. Location was ok, about 10 minutes walk from a MRT station. Hotel was packed during the stay, the lobby, overcrowded small breakfast lounge and most places were too small to accommodate if there were more than a few guests at one time. The food during breakfast was very nice for me, and the staff were busy preparing and refilling the food that got finished very quickly. Most of the staff were ok, but would not interact or or help much; probably due to the amount of workload. The rooms were decent to good. Price was average to high, but also due to holiday period. One biggest unpleasantness was during check-out, with a crowded lobby and staff seemingly very eager for me to leave immediately after return of room card. No chance of leaving any baggage till later part of the day, and I got spot-checked and shooed immediately by the guard when I put down my bag to take my belongings, the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. The check-out experience and overcrowding during full occupancy, was unpleasant for a probably ok hotel.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Palais de Chine was a very grand hotel and the atmosphere made us feel like we were in a castle. The room was excellent with a bathtub in the shape of a water droplet and a very beach resort-like shower. The minibar drinks were all free so we could drink all of them to our heart’s content as it would be refilled the next day. Suggest to replace alcohol drinks to more soft drinks or ********* tea drink. The housekeepers were friendly and housekeeping was fast. The coffee and tea were good and the TV could be broadcasted and there were many interesting channels. The location was good and near MRT stations to get to other places easily. The WiFi was excellent and fast and the beds were big and comfy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Palais de Chine and I highly recommend this hotel.

Having stayed in hotels around the world for mandatory Covid quarantine, I found the Tango Taipei Changan among the best of them. The hotel does everything possible to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible within the quarantine regulations. An espresso coffee machine and microwave oven is provided and, to my surprise I even found a washing machine / drier combination installed in the room. Ample amounts of coffee, tea and bottled mineral water. The room is comfortable and very clean with free high speed wifi, flatscreen TV and a private balcony. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate large shower. Large amount of towels and toiletries available. Tasty meals are provided by the many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel with mostly a soup starter, mixed fruit desert and a drink. I was surprised with a text message that an afternoon snack/drink was delivered at my door. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My choice for the future visits to Taipei.

Location- located next to the mrt station so very convenient. There is a Yong He Dou Jiang nearby for those who would like to try. Food- I did not order the breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant in the hotel. We ordered pizza and pizza is nice. There is some nice cafes nearby but did not get to try. Amenities- shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. There is a public bath at level 17 but I did not try. There is a Lounge af level 2 for u to get bottles of water and complimentary coffee. Service - staff are polite. Room is clean. Others - it cost about $1300 to cab from hotel to Taoyuan airport. Journey takes about 40mins if traffic is smooth.
