This hotel is weird as hell. When you get there there is no concierge to guide you. The reception area is at the top so you are expected to figure this out yourself. The hotel staff not very friendly, any questions asked seems like an inconvenience to them. No coffee or tea in my room, had to get it from lobby the next day. The room itself was decent, the bed was uncomfortable, the room had a bath tub which is always a bonus for me. Other than that very average hotel, just make peace with the fact you get what you pay for.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Okay, we're still here right now in the middle of a two month stay on Guam. Was at first hesitant as the Garden Villa Hotel has some mixed reviews regarding its age and some regarding service... Yes, it's a little old and worn down, but they do maintain the grounds well, the location is great, and contrary to some reviews: the staff (reception AND housekeeping) are wonderful and attentive. No it's not the Westin or Dusit Thani.... This is a safe and clean 3 star hotel for those who want to save some money and who aren't going to freak out because the air con isn't this year's model or that there is some dust on the window sill. For me I recommend this place for families or solo travelers.

in my 64yrs and countless hotel stays i have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly. after a flight cancellation a fellow traveler and myself were booked at this hotel and told it was a budget hotel with a shuttle. the shuttle driver asked for a $12 fare. when we arrived at the hotel the front desk, who i believe was the owner, began arguing with the driver and demanded another $12. we were not aware it was $12 apiece. we began to argue believing we were being conned. i eventually paid the $12 and the owner was still not satisfied and continued arguing in some broken english which i believe contributed to the confusion. i was tired and frustrated from 24 hrs flying and eating snacks for 2 days i had to sit on the floor in the lobby. the man traveling with me continued to talk to the front desk guy. when i tried to explain again the guy said ”you shut up” at that point i lost my temper and said we were leaving. they refused to return us to the airport and refused to allow us to use the phone. our phones had no service. after sitting outside we found someone to call a taxi for us and went to another hotel.

I was wondering why I missed writing a review for our visit here. I think mainly because it was pretty uneventful (for me). When we visited last year, the place was pretty empty yet our room was far from the lobby. Long walk esp. for guests like us who rented a car for the weekend. Parking was also a hassle - such a long walk to and fro, esp. it was raining that weekend we visited Guam. For such a big resort, there's definitely not much choices for eateries in the area. Be prepared to drive in and out. Another hassle. Staff was hit and miss. Now you see them, now you don't. The room, bathroom and hotel amenities are all up to par - as expected. Clean and comfortable. No frills. It served its purpose. My teen son did enjoy some of their water activities but he informed me that he specially liked the PIC in Saipan better. I think this PIC is best for younger children than teens, who prefers bigger or more thrilling slides. However, my wife enjoyed taking lots of pictures around the resorts. Lots of scenery and ”instagrammable” spots for her. Overall, definitely not bad experience for us. No regrets. A must visit at least once in your lifetime esp. if you have frequented PIC Saipan.

After booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day. Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience. We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! 룸 내부 사진을 찍어둔 것이 없네요.. 더블베드 2개와 킹베드 1개로 식구 4명이 편안하게 잤습니다. 바닥은 카펫 재질이라 먼지 유의하셔야 하고 벌레는 없었습니다. 침대 커버, 베개 이불 모두 깨끗했고 좋았습니다. 건물 자체가 오래된 만큼 화장실은 낡은 느낌이 있었습니다. 그래도 수압도 좋고 욕조에서 씻기에 무리는 없었습니다.

매일 아침 조식권 들고가면 도장 찍어주는 시스템이었습니다. 메뉴는 무난한 구성이고 한중일+미국식 음식들 여러 개 있었습니다. 갈 때마다 사람들 줄이 꽤 길어서 비교적 이른 시간에 가는 것 추천드립니다.

수영장이 유명한 호텔답게 유수풀도 꽤 크고, 슬라이드가 여러 가지여서 재밌었습니다. 다만, 만타 슬라이드는 수리 중이라 못 타서 아쉬웠고, 파도풀은 시간대가 정해져있어서 제가 갔을 때는 시원한 파도를 못 탄게 아쉽네요ㅜㅜ

다른 호텔들(PIC, 두짓타워, 롯데 등) 모여 있는 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 렌트카 빌리시면 큰 무리없이 다닐 수 있습니다. 차 타고 10~15분 거리에 시내, 쇼핑몰, 바닷가 이용할 수 있습니다.

バスルームの換気扇は音が少し大きかったですが、部屋は割と清潔で概ね快適に過ごせました。とても広かったので4人分の荷物も十分に置き場があり、普段の家のようにくつろげました。
空港から10分位でほぼ一本道、レンタカーを借りましたが、駐車場も広く、建屋の中なので雨風も凌げて助かります。次も使いたいです。

JJinju JangmiExcellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

PPengguna TetamuMy childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the Wyndham Garden Guam for over three months, I was there helping with the Typhoon Mawar recovery clean up, working long hours, 7 days a week, and the most important part of the day was finishing the shift and going to a place where if feels like home and relax, get a nice hot shower and relax in a comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Everyone who works there has always been attentive and willing to help with anything we need to have the best stay ever. Very quiet place which is a plus because It allows me to rest after a long work day! Thank you for everything!!

I was there for about a whole week for medical purposes and what made my stay extra special were the professional staff that work there. To Ms. Glenna n Ms. Mar of the front desk, thank you so much for the outstanding and excellent way you go beyond the call of service you all provide for the customers. Also to Ms. Stephanie from housekeeping, your cheerful n sincere personality is A++ The many reasons why I will always be a loyal client of Days Inn Tamuning.

I booked a night at the Guam Airport Hotel on a layover. I was traveling home from Japan so had heavy luggage. I checked in without problem and the first indication that it wasn't a modern hotel was the metal room key. I soon discovered there was no elevator and had to lug all my luggage up to the third floor. Then we got in the room. The air conditioning blew cool air but not enough to adequately cool the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi at all. No toiletries in the room. My son came out of the bathroom with ants on his neck. I looked and saw ants in the bathroom. I will be sure to avoid this hotel on future visits to Guam.

This hotel is not great - I stayed 1 night for a layover and am glad that was all. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist booking a taxi and storing my extra bags. On the downside, the first room they gave me hadn’t been serviced from the previous guest. The second room was clean but the bed had only one sheet over the mattress and then nothing else other than a thin quilt - how many other guests had slept under the quilt with no sheet between 🫣. There is free WiFi but it drops out every few minutes so I gave up trying to call my husband or get any work done. Also, the restaurant has been closed since Covid and the pool is also currently closed due to typhoon damage. This isn’t made clear on their booking pages. Other than the staff, a bit of a disappointment all round.

PPengguna TetamuAfter booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day. Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience. We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.
