We had a wonderful staying at Troci Hotel! Everything was beyond perfect. Rooms were really clean and supplied with everything that was needed. Also, the hotel staff were so so polite and helped us with everything we’ve asked for. 5 stars also for the manager of the hotel, he was very hospitable and made our trip much more enjoyable by offering us tips on what to visit and best restaurants and even helped us with the transportation to Tirana. For sure we will return here!

A disappointment!!! We booked and payed for one night in AS Tirana, in advance. Once we got there, at the check in, the reception staff told us we had to pay an extra fee which was composed by the city fee and mandatory fee: 20€/person/night. Honestly, this price does not make any sense. This is almost the price for one night! No receipt with the described fees were provided to us! In any moment this was informed in the reservation and this never happened before in any hotel in Albania. After some research on this, we noticed this already happened to other people and the values vary a lot. Watch out for this! Regarding the room, the hotel apparently have 4 starts, but the floor was lifted up due to water and there was only one blanket. The breakfast was super poor, with very few options. The existing options runned out very fast and we had to wait a lot of time for the food to be replaced. In terms of location, its a 25min walk from the city center and its not easy to find the hotel. The internet was good. Overall, not pleased with this choice, and due to the extra fees we are relieved that we only stayed one night! Suggestion for the hotel: include this on the price!

Great place to stay when visiting Tirana. The location is excellent, walking distance from Skanderbeg Square (the heart of the city) but also in a quiet, safe area and not on a major road. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants close by, which is useful as the hotel does not currently offer breakfast or meals. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Klodi who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of storage space, a TV, room safe, decent shower and bathroom, good lighting. There was a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal and well functioning air conditioning, which was important as the outside temperature was 35 degrees + during our stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was that the room, nice and clean on check-in, was not cleaned fastidiously during our stay, and the bed linen was not changed in the 5 nights we were at the hotel. In fairness, if we had requested a change of sheets this probably would have happened, but it is not something we should need to ask for. There also seemed to be a bizarre issue with the laundering of towels. They were removed from the room in the morning (even when we had only used them once) and not available until the evening, and we normally had to ask for towels at that time. So a shower during the day was not possible. There are no elevators at the hotel, which was not an issue for us, but a consideration for those with mobility issues. Overall, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Allure Boutique Hotel and we are grateful for a comfortable stay.

I stayed here for 9 days. First of all, this is in a great location. Many of the city attractions including the Skanderbeg Square are within 20 min walking distance. There are lot of great restaurants near by including Opa Greek street food, Juvenilia.. Taxis are right across. There are currency exchanges close by as well. Also if you book any tours, this hotel can be selected as a pickup spot. Room was spacious. Only concern I had with the room was the floors were old and the wooden floors were coming off but this was only in room 6. Others seem to have newer floors. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately TV wasn’t working since there was an issue with the cable payment per the staff. Breakfast was good. Every day it changes but you always get croissant, Orange juice and coffee(Latte or Americano or Espresso etc.). Breakfast area also becomes a bar in the evening. Staff were wonderful. I had interactions with all of them. Very friendly people. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día.
En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo.
Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel.
El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania.

The hotel was great. Close to the aiport, superb pool and restaurant. Amazing room, the staff were very helpful and even transferred me for my early flight. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and upgrade they offered me. I wish I had a chance to stay with them longer. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it!

離機場真的很近，出門右轉就能看得到建築上的店名，穿過馬路就是大門（但這一面沒有店名需注意）。酒店空間和客房都很寬敞，我訂的三人間有一個1.8的大床和2個單人床。就是樓上房間Wi-Fi信號不太好，越往上往邊上信號越弱，家人原在3樓的房間衹能換到1樓（實際2樓）靠中間較小的房間。服務還不錯，前台美女很熱情、房間吹風機壞了通知客房服務説讓打前台，打前台後很快就送來了。早餐比較豐盛，是行程中最好的，不愧國際連鎖品牌。

What a fabulous hotel, it's right next to the Eastern bus terminal. (Literally just below the hotel). It is 30 minutes from Tirana airport and the hotel arranged pick by taxi at a very reasonable cost. The hotel is only about five months old, so everything is very clean and fresh. The room was a good size, bright, very clean and well appointed. The large white bath towels were excellent. There is a shopping mall immediately next door with a supermarket, mobile phone shop (better to buy your sim card here than at the airport). There is also a selection of typical mall food outlets. Breakfast, was quite a spread with something for everyone. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Unlike typical hotels near a bus station, this one was exceptional in comparison. Credit card machine was not working, so we had to pay cash. (To be fair the staff tried repeatedly to get the card machine to work, my card worked everywhere else with no problem). In summary, excellent choice of hotel if you are arriving or departing from the airport and want to avoid going into the centre of Tirana. Equally perfect if you plan to use the Eastern bus terminal for onwards travel. Would happily recommend to family and friends.

KKobe & KyleThe apartments were very cute! Everything looked freshly remodeled and modern. Our host accidentally double booked us and asked permission to upgrade us to a larger apartment half way through which was very nice. Also, it comes with a washer and dryer which was a high selling point for us as we have been traveling for over a month now.

JJulianHBeim Check in lag dem Hotel angeblich keine Info über unseren Zimmerwunsch vor, als der Kollege nachschaute war der Zimmerwunsch doch vorhanden und man bemühte sich ein passendes Zimmer für uns zu finden. Das hat dann auch alles geklappt. Das Zimmer ist schön und modern eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und groß, das Bad fand ich allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zeitgemäß. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, der Bacon wer kalt und die Eier lauwarm.
Das Hotel lag etwas außerhalb, der Fußweg in die Stadt dauert ca 20 Minuten ( zum Skanderbeg-Platz).
Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt der in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend war.

Excellent location, near the main attractions but in a quiet side street. The staff are friendly and have good English skills. There is a good breakfast with a range of western and Albanian foods. Large clean rooms with a good shower. I would highly recommend

PPengguna TetamuThis little hotel is situated in the heart of Blloku, the trendiest area of Tirana, surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is everything you'd want and expect from a 4 star. The beds are very comfortable. Air Con works perfectly. WiFi is fast. The shower did change between hot and cold while in it, otherwise it was good. The pool when we visited in May was not heated, but very refreshing in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a mixture of hot and cold food, good coffee and fruit juices. The staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful, doing whatever they could to assist you. Special mention to Ben at the bar and ladies on reception! I will return!

IInayat GhairatIf you’re booking this hotel, it’s probably because the price. The hotel itself is nice. Big room with all essentials. However, it’s a bit far from the city center. During the day you can use the bus to the city center. In the evening, the bus comes to this area only until 10:30 PM. If you’re late your options are to either walk for 50 mins or get a taxi which is around €7-8.
The sound proofing is not so great too. You will probably hear very clearly your neighbors. (I could hear some screaming from one of my neighbor 😉)
The staff are very nice and friendly.

CCLAUDIAAlla reception come detto in tutte le recensioni devi lasciare 100 euro di caparra e 8 euro al giorno a persona per le tasse...e anche se ho detto e fatto vedere che sul sito della prenotazione c'era scritto 1.70 a persona non gli è importato niente!! Quindi sarebbe il caso che il sito stesso aggiorni perché è una presa in giro!!! Ho dovuto aggiungere 32 euro alla mia prenotazione quindi non c'è stata tutta questa convenienza! L'hotel nel complesso si presenza bene e anche pulito ma le camere sono piccole davanzali e scaffali rotti non è proprio da 4 stelle!! La colazione molto scarsa non è compreso né caffè né tè né cappuccino ma solo latte freddo e succo ace! La cena se hai la pensione completa non è compresa neanche l' acqua il pasto non lo puoi scegliere o quello o quello il menù alla carta non è compreso nell pensione completa .assurdo!!! Poi in fondo non si mangia neanche male ma è veramente poco da rimanerci con la fame!! Mai vista una cosa del genere!!! La gentilezza ve la sognate!!
