Nicely distanced from the noise of traffic and trains, and a 5 minute walk from the start of busy Shibuya, this hotel is a good location. The hotel lobby is representative of the hotel; kitsch and full of chintzy decor. A real touch of 70’s nostalgia but clean and efficient. Checking in was simple and extra additions for your stay were offered and freely available. In keeping with the decor the rooms are opened with keys which you hand in when leaving and collect upon return. The room was fine, a little small, but this is the norm in a busy city and at a fair price. Everything needed was in the room, my only disappointment was the pillows- one small cushion shaped pillow only. A great stay if you’re using the hotel as a base, and a lovely cafe/restaurant attached.

We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.

The Grand Hyatt is a quality hotel in a premium location. Great access to the metro and the best parts of Tokyo. Plenty of food options near by and walkable to Aoyama and Omotosando, the best areas in Tokyo (in my opinion). The hotel is clean, well maintained and managed. The food options are decent, but the breakfast options aren’t great. The club lounge breakfast is below average. It has a strong smell of fish from the Japanese breakfast dishes, and there are no eggs available. I’d look elsewhere for breakfast and wouldn’t put any value in this if that is a consideration to upgrading to club lounge. PROS: Quality rooms with nice wood upgrades and a very nice rainfall shower with strong water pressure. Rooms are a decent size for Tokyo. Service is very professional Location is ideal CONS: Dated rooms. TV’s are from about 1995, and the rooms are probably 10 years past due a remodel. With that said, they are quality rooms which do date better. Club Lounge breakfast isn’t great. No eggs, strong fish smell. Mattresses are hard and older, so not level. Globalist status did zero for me at the hotel. No upgrades, not even a higher floor as requested. Not a place to come if status upgrades are important to you. While I understand that a full hotel means no upgrades, it’s still possible to get a higher floor, which was requested but not granted. Overall I would say for the value this is your best Hyatt option in Tokyo given the service, quality, and location versus price.

Saya menempah Hotel Washington kerana ia berhampiran Stesen Shinjuku. Terdapat juga Hotel Shinjuku Washington ”Annex”, tetapi ia bukanlah hotel dengan pemandangan Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo, jadi jangan keliru! Seperti yang dikatakan oleh ulasan, tingkapnya sangat kecil,,, dan biliknya juga kecil. Jadi, saya sengaja memilih bilik berkembar, yang sekurang-kurangnya sebesar mungkin. Saiz tingkapnya kecil, tetapi terdapat dua tingkap! Adakah mungkin untuk bergerak walaupun dengan dua beg pakaian terbuka? Sangat mengecewakan kerana tingkapnya kecil dan tidak terbuka. Melihat kepada saiz bilik, saya rasa lebih baik untuk memilih bilik yang besar. Kalis bunyi tidak bagus, jadi saya dapat mendengar sedikit bunyi dengkuran dari bilik sebelah. Jika anda mempunyai kulit sensitif, sila bawa penyumbat telinga di lobi di tingkat satu. Namun, saya amat berpuas hati dengan pemandangan bersih Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo.,,,, Saya mengesyorkannya!!!!

Das Hotel hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt um Tokio zu besichtigen. Die Metro ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Gegenüber vom Hotel kann man sich auch gleich einen Schrein angucken. Das Hotel ist allgemein recht sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett! Wir konnten unsere Koffer mehrere Tage dort kostenlos unterstellen, da wir Japan mit dem Zug erkundet haben und wir zum Schluss nochmal ein paar Tage in dem Hotel übernachtet haben. Die Zimmer sind recht kompakt aber machbar mit zwei großen Koffern und zwei Personen.

It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

Hotel is located across from the station, about 5-7min walk. the hotel is behind some building that's on the main road. Just gps it's general direction and walk towards it, then pay attention for writing/signs that direct you to the lobby. Hotel comes with its own mini plaza, with retail shops, food court, restaurant, kids bowling, convenient store, tax free shops, cosmetics, pharmacy, etc. Service is efficient and polite. The room is small obviously because it is Tokyo Japan. But the room is Japanese clean, so you can be sure that comfort level is there. Everything in the room serves a purpose and no space is wasted. typical Japan plastic cramped bathroom, yet very clean, spotless, feels newer, strong shower flow that will ease your full day of walking around town.

This was my first stay in a capsule hostel. There are many folks in the same room but in your capsule you feel private. The hostel also has a free Sauna which is nice. I was the only foreigner so it's not social. I recommend to stay for one night if you want to experience the japanese sauna, but not for many days.

PPengguna TetamuShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

JJaniceEasily one of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of quality, service and proximity. You know you have booked the right hotel when you find yourself planning to stay at the same hotel again on your next trip back to the city. Pros: 1. A range of essentials (comb, skincare sachets, shower cap etc) are available for guests to help themselves to at the lobby 2. Self-service laundry service on three levels but on a first come first serve basis 3. Smooth and seamless luggage delivery arrangement to our next accommodation 4. Great housekeeping standards although the housekeeping is not the most consistent 5. Strong water pressure from shower head (we all know how agonising a trickling water flow is) 6. Close proximity to subway and shopping area 7. Prompt assistance rendered by staff when requested (got them to remove the clothes of the previous user in the washing machine Cons: 1. Washing machine / dryer not the most efficient / cleanest but does the job I’m so sad that I had totally forgotten to take photos of the room, but I hope that the above review makes up for it! Just do yourself a favour and book your acc with them - def no regrets.

Ia mempunyai ruang yang berasingan untuk meja solek dan bilik jubah, yang sangat bagus. Lokasi hotel bukanlah yang paling dekat dengan kawasan perniagaan, tetapi ia tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan Jika anda membeli sesuatu di Keio Depar**ent Store, anda boleh menghantarnya ke hotel (dari apa yang tetamu lain katakan ). Terdapat dua kedai serbaneka dalam jarak tiga minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan dan minuman. Bas lapangan terbang terus ke pintu hotel, yang bagus untuk saya yang sedikit keliru selepas turun dari pesawat.

Meja penyambut tetamu dan sarapan kedua-duanya berada di tingkat tiga Walaupun sarapan pagi tidak sepelbagai hotel domestik, ia sangat Jepun dan menang dengan kualiti. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

AAlexanderThe best budget hotel in Tokyo I could find. Location is great: Senso-ji temple is just around the corner, and Family Mart is two minutes away from the hotel. Close to Akihabara and Tokyo Sky Tree as well. For two person room, seven nights stay was less than $400! The room itself has two beds and just enough space for two big luggage bags. All the amenities you would expect to see in the 2 or 3 star hotel are present. The only thing I missed was the clothes dryer. Bathroom is clean and somewhat spacious. Didn't have much chance to speak to the staff, but I think I've heard Chinese speach a lot. Overall, quite enjoyable and affordable stay.
