Hotel Mesra keluarga di Tokyo

Ini adalah penginapan yang baik. Satu-satunya aduan ialah tandas lobi agak tidak bersih dan sentiasa menunggu lama untuk lif. Juga permaidani bilik ditutupi dengan lint balla tetapi sebaliknya ia adalah bilik yang bersih. Katilnya selesa. Pemandangan dari bilik itu bagus. Lokasi sangat bagus. Pilihan pada bufet sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai dan sedap.

This hotel is very close to the Metro Ginza Line and there are many cafes and restaurants and shops nearby (underground, 2 malls in Ueno and Ameyoko street) so you will not be hungry and bored. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we entered the hotel lobby and they also assisted us in our requests. Our Superior Double room was spacious and we were able to move around with 2 luggages. The room was clean, and bottled water was also provided every day during our stay. This is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo considering the price versus the location, room space and service. We will definitely stay here again if we were to fly into Narita Airport.

Kecil tetapi lengkap Apabila melancong sendiri, anda sudah biasa membawa peralatan mandian, tuala dan beg tidur anda sendiri (keperluan saya hanya perlu tidak berbau, serba lengkap, terletak di lokasi yang sesuai dan selamat jika anda tidak membawa sendiri). boleh menjemput mereka dari lif di tingkat satu, sikap perkhidmatan di meja depan adalah baik, dan harganya OK. Saya akan mempertimbangkannya lain kali saya melawat Shinjuku~

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

Just a little disappointed because in Trip.com I booked a double room, but at check in they give me 2 beds room. But excpet this, Hotel is very high level, western breakfast with good choice. Good location for visit exhibition at Big Sight.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

The experience was very good. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring Shibuya. I'm a contemptuous cynic, and even I have nothing remotely negative to report about this hotel.

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

We enjoyed our summer stay at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo. We appreciate very much the attention and care given by the staff from the time we arrived, checked-in up to check-out. We were surprised that the staff brought the weighing scale to our room and helped us get the exact weight of our luggages, that was really good customer service. Also enjoyed the big room and the toiletries and other supplies provided to us during our stay. Maybe just need to update the furniture but everything else is perfect. Also missed buying from the pastry/bakeshop since they open late at 10am and close early at 6pm. Maybe next time. Thanks for making our stay memorable and convenient.
