Poop & urine stained toilet seat & bowl, dusty rack, dirty & messy trash bins, broken parts in bathrooms, dust-covered pod partitions, very dirty washing machines....etc, the list of an unsatisfactory stay seem to be endless. And the front desk Filipino man is grumpy & rude. This establishment is definitely an example of making profits in the fastest way possible by super-high occupancy rate with the least cleaning & maintenence. They're really pinching on supplies - fresh towel & films slippers are only provided at front desk when asked. Only clean the whole hotel once a day, hence the dirtiness & mess starts after the guests came back from their day out & started using the facilities. Good capsule hotels clean several times a day. The sofas at the common lounge is constantly covered with food crumbs throughout the day. Takes one train change to Ueno station in order to get to everywhere else. Not the best location but lots of food options around though. Not returning for sure.

This capsule hotel was affordable, clean, and conveniently located, making it great for budget travelers. However, the noise from other guests was a major issue—storage lockers and capsules were in the same room, so every sound (talking, moving luggage, etc.) was loud and disruptive. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice.

This place was phenomenal, the girl at the reception was not only kind and vibrant, but helpful as well. The location is close to a 24/7 huge souvenir store don quixote, as well as fairly close walking distance to Tokyo skytree. Not to mention it's also very close to Senso-ji temple, which is absolutely beautiful, especially at night when it's illuminated. The room was clean, nobody was noisy, the capsule although small, felt very spacious. Bathrooms and showers are in separate rooms, free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The capsule doesn't have an outlet, only a USB port, which I was a little concerned about at first, however their lounge has plenty of outlets, and is a wonderful place to hang out, especially when relaxing on one of the sofas. There were plenty of places to get food and coffee, from sit-down restaurants, to 7-eleven. I will certainly come back when I return to Tokyo 👍👍👍

A very good value hostel! There is subway station nearby (Tawaramachi of Ginza line) and it's only walking distance from Asakusa/ Sensoji Temple. The facilities have everything considered, male and female dormitory and showers are located on separate floors, also a common area with laundry. I had a very comfortable stay, would highly recommend!

Spaciousness of the capsule and location. A real mix of cultures which is normally great but many are disrespectful to the Japanese style of being conscientious and respectful to those around you.. Loud talking, leaving garbage, bringing smelly food into a shared area take away from the comfort.
