Location not very good but good service good clean room recommend!

Very helpful and heart warming front desk staff. Always trying her best to help and answer my many questions ie how to move around by Uber, public bus, train from point A to point B in the Toronto area. The room is cleaned everyday by a hardworking housekeeper. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

Toilet not flushing properly. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Toilet paper roll holder loose. Corrected after I raised the problem with staff. Elevators often very slow. One time it was on service and cleaner asked us to take another elevator. This hotel is slipping due to benign neglect. I only stay there because of location.

Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!

The lobby, atmosphere and service was amazing. The rooms itself were good but could use some improvements. The building is historic so its quite understandable how some areas still need renovations. Overall great stay

I've always held Pan Pacific Toronto in high regard, considering it a top-tier hotel known for its comfort and luxury. However, my recent stay left much to be desired. Despite booking a room in winter, the heating didn't work, and the issue was poorly handled, requiring multiple calls for resolution. Initially, the staff seemed to brush off our concerns, invalidating our frustration by falsely claiming that the entire hotel was experiencing heating issues. This dismissal only heightened our frustration, especially upon discovering it was a lie. It was only after expressing our exasperation that a more capable staff by the name of Chrisel, member intervened, relocating us to a room with heating that works. While the new room was an improvement, maintenance issues like a malfunctioning faucet and worn-out amenities were evident that the hotel might have overlooked proper maintenance. Overall, while the hotel offers luxury, the disappointing handling of the heating issue highlights the need for improvement in guest services and maintenance. I would recommend Pan Pacific Toronto to focus on enhancing their understanding of guest concerns and prioritize their business centers around service excellence and guest experience.

A very strange hotel with uneducated and rude staff, my bed had some blood or makeup stains on it, so I asked to change my bed, the cleaning lady came and started yelling at me like you're leaving tomorrow anyway!!! and that she has no time to change the bed!!! I don't think these are my problems, I just wanted to sleep in a clean bed. So she try to help me as she thinks it will work, so she takes some verydirty mop and and just clean it with same dirty water🤦🏻♀️ and after she turn and says look its clean now you can sleep…😳 Long story short, she called the manager and started shouting and complaining to HIM that I am asking her to change the bed and she doesn't have time for it, nonsense. Trust me people!!!!! Never ever go to this hotel! Oh yes! I'm still waiting for my deposit👍

It is great I like the hotel, clean and nice. The parking fee is reasonable. There is a hood hot pot place nearby

It was a very good hotel and is well located in the mid town. However, it's been pretty worn out. Although the room I stayed had been renovated, but it still felt very "old" and dark. The room was spacious. Gym was bad with very old squeaky machines, weights were rusted. Bar was quite ok, good beer and chips. After all, the price was low, so, don't have a very high expectation and it was still a good stay.

Overall a pretty decent hotel. The location is a bit far from the downtown core, however most of the guests seemed to have nearby business so this suited them.
