Ulasan Hotel Ritual Torremolinos- Adults Only

This hotel is resting on its laurels a bit. Check in was initially very unfriendly, and the male receptionist wouldn't let us into our room even though we only 90 minutes early. The lied, saying no rooms were ready. I then watched four other couples arrive and get checked in. As we only staying for one night we were treated with contempt! After an hour waiting and seeing more people check in I went to reception and spoke to the very nice lady who works there. She immediately gave me a room! The rooms are looking a bit dowdy and worn. They are skimping on simple things like coffee and tea in the rooms – only decaf coffee available and I was told by the housekeeping manager that if I wanted anything else I could go and buy it myself... Charming! The rooms are big, beds are comfy and the view is great at the front, but the facilities inside the room are poor: not enough electricity sockets, and the bathroom had a plastic curtain and looked very tired. For the money, it felt like poor value – and I really didn't feel like a valued customer who had used the hotel several times before, and who had actually recommended the hotel to others. Oh dear!
