朝食付き、夕食無しのプランでの予約でしたので、到着時のスタッフさんが丁寧に近くの食事ができる場所や営業状況を説明してくれて道の駅の場所やコンビニエンスストアの場所マップをチェックしてくれました 朝食の献立も良かった、担当スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

We liked the hotel it’s very Japanese style, for school teenagers gasshuku etc. the bath was nice. Well maintained. Breakfast was AMAZING. Room view was awesome. But, i think Trip.com need to write clearly that there’s no shower inside the room! It was not expected. It’ll be better if more details are written down. As not all foreigners may like to shower with others. (Personally we liked it tho) Hotel wasn’t super new. Bit dirty in some spots and room was little small. But overall we had a very happy stay. Thanks!

Old hotel but reconstructed. Bathroom has been raised. ( 50 to 60 cms) above ground. Not a problem for young but to an elderly person it is a concern. Room lights are dark. Cozy yes- but need better illumination to do packing and unpacking. Breakfast buffet was the same repeated menu had Japanese and western selection. Laundry do have a column for under garments but when it was given there was a resistance from the collector.

We stayed here for two nights to enjoy Tottori. We immediately had the feeling that not many english speeking foreigner come here, but this could just be us. - location: the hotel is close to tottori station which is very good for travellers to take a bus or train to get around. - Room: the room was very spacious. Ours was a mix of old western hotels and with some Japanese elements. It looked a bit dated, but they normally do have more updated rooms if necessary. - Service: the staff was very friendly and they did their best to speak English. - Breakfast: breakfast was more basic then i expected, but still good. I actually want to recommend the vending machines at the entrance of the spa. They have a lot of options in the machines, which we didn't have in other hotels. TIP: try the ice cream and milk in their vending machines (milk from the area) if its still available. There is also a small shop with local products. Overall good hotel that offers comfortable spacious rooms for a good price.

鳥取駅から歩いて10分くらい 「こぜにや」は駅近なのにきちんと温泉。 駅からも歩けるがお宿がシャトルで送迎をしてくれるので こちらを使えばすごく楽だった。滞在中に何度も利用。 今回は一番古い「玄水亭」和室8畳を予約していたが 新しくモダンな「碧水亭」にアップグレード。 ありがとうございます。 部屋は全面窓で明るく、広くはないが天井も高く 天井のアールデザインや間接照明、大きな窓で狭さは感じない。 和室だがモダンな雰囲気。窓側の椅子も寛げる。 金庫や冷蔵庫、金庫、wi-fiなども完備。 部屋の洗面やバスルームもきれい。 温泉は大浴場や露天風呂もあるが 貸し切り風呂も2つあって無料で使えるのがうれしい。 天然温泉自家噴泉かけ流をひとり占めできる。 さらに温泉にはスタッフが常駐していて つねに清潔に保たれているのが素晴らしい。 夕食は個室「孔方楼」でいただく。 この部屋も雰囲気がある。 今回は、お肉中心の料理をチョイス。 前菜の後は、サーモンやヒラマサなどのお造り、 黒毛和牛のすき鍋、鴨ローストサラダ仕立て、 鳥取黒毛和牛ステーキ、牛筋煮込み、 食事、デザートと続く、 とくに牛筋が激ウマ！お酒が進む。 このお宿は、スタッフの対応の素晴らしさが光る。 また客室や館内のいたるところに花が生けられている。 もちろん生花。最近、こういう旅館が減っている。 当初は駅前のシティホテルにしようと思っていたが こちらの評判がいいので予約変更。これが大正解！ 鳥取市に泊まるなら絶対におすすめのお宿。

Just a few steps away from the Tottori train station, this hotel is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The place is clean, entry by electronic code, very nice buffet breakfast and that's just the beginning. On check in, I received a package of face care products and muscle soreness patches. There is a pillow wall where you can choose your pillow. No more wrestling your pillow to sleep at night. The pyjamas were one of the weirdest looking but clean no less. The blackout curtains is serious. I almost got blinded when I opened it in the morning. The room comes with a multi head charging cable. On the ground floor, there are free drinks, a toaster oven, microwave and umbrella borrow station. If you don't use the toothbrush and return it to the front desk, you get to choose a piece of candy/snack.

This is my second time staying there & I’ll stay there again if I come to Kyoto next time. Location is great, service is good, free drink on the rooftop w/ a spectacular view is always the highlight of my day. Onsen is nice. The room is a bit small but enough for solo traveller or a couple.

Discovered this place by accident on a hotel booking site. This place is mainly for the locals as English is not used here. Fortunately, a staff member could speak a little English to help with our check-in. Goggle translate really helped in our communication. The place is not too far from Tottori Station. We had to retrack as we had walked past it without noticing it - the sign on the building was in Japanese. The place is a traditional Japanese Inn in every sense. The best part is the use of the private onsen bath for the guest. Available for use anytime between 4pm to 8.30am, one just needs to check if it is available, turn the sign to indicate that it is being occupied and then use it in full privacy. Great for couples, families or anyone who is shy to bathe in the public onsen. We chose to have the breakfast , in the dining area, on the second morning. What a colour feast for the eyes. Just need to let the staff know early if you want to have their breakfast during the stay. Definitely worth the price paid for the 2 nights stay here.

鳥取駅から徒歩10分程度、ホテル入口はバス通りから一本路地を入った反対側にある。白兎会館とは随分とレトロなホテル名称だと思って調べたら公立学校共済組合の厚生施設だった。建物自体の造りは古さを否めないが部屋は其れなりに維持・リニューアルされており宿泊的には全然問題ない、ただ部屋扉がオートロックではないので外出時や就寝時には施錠が必要。wifiの速度はアップロード・ダウンロード共に非常に遅い。大浴場は3階で男女入れ替え制。初日の大浴場の脱衣場はコロナ禍で入浴者数を制限させている為に脱衣棚の脱衣籠が9個だけだった。尚、貴重品ロッカーはある。浴室はガランが7個、内湯は5人〜6人入れる浴槽が一つ、露天風呂やサウナ・水風呂はない。入れ替わった翌日の大浴場は狭い、ガランが4個と内湯は3人程度入る浴槽。夕食は先付け・刺身・ミニ鍋・天婦羅・御飯・デザート等々の和食コース料理、朝食は鮭・厚焼き*・佃煮・シラス等の和定食。掛け流しの温泉につかり快適に過ごせた。

旅行來到日本的鳥取，對比后訂了這家溫泉酒店，目測到店的旅客都是日本人，不少是家族旅行，可以說是純正的日式溫泉會館了。 酒店距離鳥取車站約10分鐘的步行路程，外觀維護還算比較新的，配備有自己的溫泉，應該是天然溫泉。我們訂的房間包括晚餐和早餐，挺不錯。 另外，需要注意的是該會館是以人數計算價格，六歲以上的小童需要補差價，以及晚餐和早餐的價格。兩個孩子大概補了3萬日元。 最後說說服務，接待當天前台的男經理服務很好，還幫我們安排呼叫出租車。從鳥取沙丘回來沒有出租車，打電話到酒店，這位經理也熱心幫忙聯繫，並安排推遲了晚餐。但第二天退房時，另外一位男性經理接待的，我們提出了寄存行李的請求，但他好像不太願意，磨了一會才答應。除了這個不太滿意，其他方面都挺好。

We liked the hotel it’s very Japanese style, for school teenagers gasshuku etc. the bath was nice. Well maintained. Breakfast was AMAZING. Room view was awesome. But, i think Trip.com need to write clearly that there’s no shower inside the room! It was not expected. It’ll be better if more details are written down. As not all foreigners may like to shower with others. (Personally we liked it tho) Hotel wasn’t super new. Bit dirty in some spots and room was little small. But overall we had a very happy stay. Thanks!

2泊お世話になりました。 到着した時、ホテル併設の駐車場が既に満車でしたので市役所の駐車場を紹介されました(600円)が、2泊目は優先的に敷地内駐車場に停めれるようにしてくれました。 鳥取駅近くで便利ですし、スタッフの皆さんとても親切です。週末だったからか大浴場がいっぱいで洗い場が並びましたが、お部屋にも浴槽がありますから問題はないかと。 新型コロナウイルス対策として、朝のバイキングは中止になっていてお弁当になっていました。 Neco

Discovered this place by accident on a hotel booking site. This place is mainly for the locals as English is not used here. Fortunately, a staff member could speak a little English to help with our check-in. Goggle translate really helped in our communication. The place is not too far from Tottori Station. We had to retrack as we had walked past it without noticing it - the sign on the building was in Japanese. The place is a traditional Japanese Inn in every sense. The best part is the use of the private onsen bath for the guest. Available for use anytime between 4pm to 8.30am, one just needs to check if it is available, turn the sign to indicate that it is being occupied and then use it in full privacy. Great for couples, families or anyone who is shy to bathe in the public onsen. We chose to have the breakfast , in the dining area, on the second morning. What a colour feast for the eyes. Just need to let the staff know early if you want to have their breakfast during the stay. Definitely worth the price paid for the 2 nights stay here.

This is my second time staying there & I’ll stay there again if I come to Kyoto next time. Location is great, service is good, free drink on the rooftop w/ a spectacular view is always the highlight of my day. Onsen is nice. The room is a bit small but enough for solo traveller or a couple.
