Ulasan Tsuchiya Kinosaki Onsen

This hotel is seriously the best! Kazuki San made our trip absolutely amazing. He was so helpful with everything. He is nice and talkative. His family was super friendly too, which made us feel so welcome. We loved every minute of our stay. It truly felt magical, like something out of a dream. Thanks for the gift and photos. This hotel's art gallery is seriously impressive. They've got some amazing pieces on display. And breakfast in the cafe feels great. We can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station. Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :) Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. ＜3

We loved everything about it. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The yukata provided for going to the onsen were great and service overall was lovely.

Posto meraviglioso! La famiglia che lo gestisce ti fa sentire come a casa. Pulizia eccellente, colazione buonissima, bellissime camere molto curate e gentilezza e disponibilità al TOP!! Alloggiare qui è un’esperienza da provare assolutamente! STRACONSIGLIATO!!! Grazie per le meravigliose giornate.:)

The welcome was outstanding! It really felt like the owners value their guests. I loved the modern/traditional design of the hotel, the artwork (by the owner's uncle) and the location; it is one of the further hotels from the train station, but there is a shuttle bus on arrival, and the owners drive guests to the station themselves on departure. The location also means it's nice and quiet. It's a very short walk from two of the onsens, and only a few minutes more to the rest. Lovely yukata, with winter option. Super-comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean bathroom. Great breakfast and matcha latte in the café downstairs before leaving too. I genuinely loved everything about my experience. (NB: stayed one night in the newer annexe building)
